I've used servicemanuals.net for many years and have been very happy with their service. I've had very few complaints. One of which I've recently seen corrected just last week, which was ordering a service manual I would get a service data worksheet. When I was shopping on there site last week they plainly labeled it a service data worksheet. In my case some previous technician took the worksheet so, I had nothing. I was happy to buy the worksheet because they had no available service manual. So, if this is normal now, the problem is fixed. I gotten many manuals from them I couldn't find anywhere else. They have work with me when I had made mistakes also, which I really appreciated. My only other issue is not knowing until after I purchase on whether the product is immediate or I might have to wait a couple hours. So, as I said, this is a extremely good company and has been there when no others were. Now if someone buys something they could get for free somewhere else, that their fault. Check the free sites first. 8 times (or better) out of 10 you'll go back to servicemanual.net. and get what you need. I was having a hard time finding a service manual for a Whirlpool/Kenmore dishwasher. Whirlpool made dishwashers with the model number 665.XXXXXXX for decades. Finding the correct manual is a challenge as there are dozens of model changes. The initial manual I downloaded, that corresponded to my model number, was the incorrect manual. I emailed customer service and Joe responded within the hour. He said he would look in to it and he did! He forwarded a download link for the correct model manual after doing his own research to match the Whirlpool and Kenmore products. The manual is for a Whirlpool with a different model number, BUT it is the exact service manual for this Kenmore Elite dishwasher. This is truly exceptional customer service in the days of "our system is down", "sorry, we can't help you" or pure silence. Thanks Joe!!
