Reported a problem with a leak in filter of my out-of-warranty espresso machine and was pleased with your, no hesitation, offer to send me replacement filters. When the courier had a problem with delivery of same, you immediately stepped in to problem solve. It is so refreshing (and rare now ) to experience excellence in after sales service and 100% encourages me to chose Smeg for future purchases

There was superb communication with the company. After I had placed the order I was worried that I had ordered the wrong length. After giving the details of the SMEG job model and which burner I needed the part for they responded quickly to reassure me I had ordered the correct part. They then emailed me when the part had been sent, who would deliver it and when and then it was delivered on time.

The service I received from Smeg when my coffee machine developed a problem was par excellence. The team were so helpful, the turnaround period was quick and the whole process was smooth and hassle less. The whole outcome exceeded my expectation.

I inadvertently damaged my ceramic Smeg hob; therefore, I contacted the company to inquire about obtaining the necessary replacement part. Promptly after providing the required information, I received links to the spare parts and also a referral to a company capable of installation. I had to await the arrival of the part, which was received today. The installation is scheduled for Monday. I have no complaints regarding the service or the price.

Following a call out from an unrelated company who wanted to charge ridiculous money and needed to wait 14 days for spare parts, I got in contact with these guys - explained my problem. I was asked to email serial and model number, and they confirmed the bits I needed. The relevant parts were identifed and shipped within a day and a half. I replaced the parts myself (fairly easily done) and now my cooker is working as new. Brilliant company that you should think of using first, before calling out anyone or paying vast sums for no purpose.

It was very easy to locate the product that I required. On ordering the part it was with me in 2 working days. I was also kept informed by email of the progress. Very impressed by the service

Website said stock, but the cupboard was bare when they went to order pic. Straight onto backorder and arrived with all expediancey.
I was told at each stage of the transaction what was going on and importantly to me why.

The item I ordered was for an older model Smeg make extractor fan and not widely available as a manufacturer part. The order was easy to make and I accept that the price reflects the need to back order from outside this country. The communication was first class and the item arrived exactly on time. Cannot fault the service and would recommend this company.

From order to delivery the communication was excellent. My parts had to be sent from Spain and they advised me immediately (even giving me the option to cancel) another update once they had arrived and dispatched. Was probably only about 10 days inclusive of bank holidays. Very impressed … the parts were perfect and I think very reasonably priced. Would definable recommend this company.
