I purchased hosting from them but the site speed is extremely slow . I reached to support, they are saying site is loading at the end very fast.When I asked for videos , they simply made excuses. I will suggest to stay away from them ,they are just reseller 20i hosting which is also a crap from Asian countries as they have severs only in UK

I feel the service provided by serverbyt is best as I am using this server since 18 months and I never get any problem, using multiple sites on more than 12 domain and sub domains. I don't know why others are giving negative responses, you may check it at my site innovesen journals, its working best from server end.
also suggest you 99% server uptime.

Never buy this server. Very bad server, server is very slow and server provider always lie and never accept their mistakes . Many times it gets down .poor hosting provider. Cache speed is very poor. It takes 2 days to fix .

I recently switched from Hostinger to ServerByt for cloud hosting, but my domain is not opening. I submitted a support request, but no setup has been completed yet. dont use their hosting... poor support and fraud

I had one of the worst experiences ever with Serverbyt. Even a basic WordPress blog was constantly unreachable and often didn't load properly. Despite trying everything to troubleshoot, the performance was completely unacceptable from day one.

When I raised a support ticket to cancel my subscription, I was informed that a refund is not possible because of their "strict refund policy" — even though I faced serious technical issues from the beginning. Their team sent a nicely worded email acknowledging the issues but offered no real solution or refund.

In short:

Extremely poor server uptime

Unreliable even for small sites

No real support for dissatisfied customers

No refund policy, no matter the situation

I’ve now switched to a much more reliable hosting provider, and I regret wasting time and money with Serverbyt. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone serious about running a website.
