Everything went well, the Nortel Module voice mail is great, it was only a few days for the Module to be delivered. Great!!
I needed a hard-to-find power supply delivered as fast as possible. Server Blink had the part at a good price and shipped it overnight. My account manager, Jasmine, was extremely helpful, keeping me updated with the transaction process and responding to my questions quickly and courteously.

Order a part, they contacted me saying that part was out of stock and offered another part. It was lost by FedEx twice. Seem like a scam company.

Update— They got back to me and refunded 50% — Paid for a new SSD got a very used SSD with no mention they were selling me a used item. They charged me full new market price and I’ve reached out and they have not gotten back to me about resolving this misrepresentation.
I ordered the processor I needed to arrive by a certain date, and there was an inventory issue, or in other words, I didn't have one. The account manager reached out first thing Monday morning and let me know. He didn't know that it was time-sensitive and treated it like it was anyway. That I appreciate. Top-notch service, even when it's not fun. Thanks.

They had a relatively obscure part for an older laptop, in new condition at a reasonable price. Associate Ben was very helpful with my order, ensuring that I had the correct part and fast. Will definitely use their services again if the need arises

I do not know where all the positive comments come from but this place is a mess and I would NEVER recommend them- EVER!!
I placed an order for a M.2 SSD - after 2 days I check the status, 2 days after I sent a request asking for a status I get told the item was out of stock and a link to DOUBLE the price item was given.
There are other like items with closer cost to the one in my order that were not used to fill the order or offered, just told me to place a order for twice the cost.
I canceled my order, (took me yet another day to get support to do this) so now we are at 5 days of nothing.
Placed a new order for one of the like units I found, again 3 days later I am told they are out of stock and a link to that same DOUBLE THE COST item given and told, just go make a new order.
Really, here we are, almost 2 weeks in and two orders for two different parts are "sold out".
What a poor company shopping experience to have sold two different units that are out of stock. In 2026 I cannot believe any shopping cart experience to be this horrible.
Support not willing to offer a like reasonable substitution is disappointing and ever so alarming they did it TWICE.
No idea how people have anything good to say about this outfit.
