One of the most incredible support models I've ever experienced from a company. I have to deal with a bad support model *at work*, tickets at my job (also IT-related) take weeks to months to resolve or to even get acknowledged. Here, I get actually instantaneous, minutes-long responses and conversations with their support team. Every response is human and actually helpful. I am astounded. The server hosting is good, intuitive, and customisable. Never had an issue and I am still shocked they are willing to support a $5 a month user like this. Will be looking to stay with them for a long, long time!

My server was destroyed on august 18, 2024 and all that money and time I spent into it wasted, at least WARN ME YOU EVIL PEOPLE, NOT TELL ME I WASNT AWARE, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO BE AWARE? ITS LIKE BUYING A BANK ACCOUNT WITH A BIG CHANCE YOUR MONEY WILL DISAPPEAR

Edit: give me a refund for the problems you caused me, you know my server.

We paid 15$ for the 6gb ram option and can’t even run good with more than 5 players and very big lag spike, I think the main problem is the cpu but then they force you to buy the gaming option at minimum 20$ to get a better one. for the price and performance there is way better.

I have been a supporter of server.pro for 7 years. I have been using paid servers for 4 years. I spent just short of 3000 hours on a world of mine that held a lot of value to me. I made many memories on there with people who are no longer with me. I spent a large amount of money on maintaining this server because it was extremely important to me. Shortly after my server expired, all of my files were permanently deleted with very little notice. Customer support was extremely stubborn and unsympathetic, and did not help me resolve my issue. This service does not care about its customers, and when it comes down to it, they will prioritize their own monetary gain over preserving the quality of their platform. I would rather personally teach people for free how to run a server off their own computer than watch them pay for a service that will discredit their work without a second thought. I will no longer be spending my money on server.pro and I suggest all others do the same.

No where did it say that free servers where discontinued, i created a minecraft server for me and my cousins to play for our 2 week minecraft phase and after grinding countless hours last night i wake up today to it saying i need to pay to reactivate my server. thus i contacted server.pro support to help me either give me the world seed or world file so i didnt lose my progress, and they basicly told me its discontinued and i have to PAY, PAY FOR WHAT A LAGGY SERVER, ive paid to have a server and they were always laggy so why would i do that, NEVER USING THIS EVER AGAIN 1 STAR horrible server hosting it used to be good when u guys cared about ur players
