The team (especially Mary Rose) helped answer my questions and was incredibly responsive to my every message. I highly recommend Serremo products. I have purchased three items and been pleased with all three of them. From construction to fit, they are exactly what I’d hoped they would be.

I bought a jacket from Serremo and one of the rivets came out in the first wash. I contacted them and Amy responded fairly quickly and helped me get a replacement. The clothes are great quality and so are the people working there.

I have had the best experience dealing with customer service. I purchased two jackets recently. Only of the ones I ordered for my boyfriend wasn’t his style or proper fit. I changed my order but made a mistake in which product I wanted and the AMAZING Jessica Hewitt fixed it for me right away. She was so quick with her responses. I am blown away with the customer service. This is a new company and I was hesitant to purchase from an add I saw on Facebook. I would highly recommend this product for your handsome men. Mine loves his jackets ! 10/10

I received a jacket I purchased from Serremo. It was as advertised. It is not a scam site, based on my personal experience. Customer service responded in a timely manner. Shipping was a bit slow, but I really like the jacket, so no complaints.

I placed an order for a jacket that was a little too big and off color from the images. I asked if i could exchange for a different color/size and i got a response almost immediately. They told me i would be responsible for return shipping but they would exchange for a different color. I told them i would just keep it as i love the quality. They offered me a 30% refund to make me happy...That was unexpected to say the least and the customer service team was very polite. That's how you do business!

Company has legit clothing. There are many fake sites on social media but not this one. Quality product and it fits perfectly. Have already bought twice from this business.

I ordered a shirt and jacket for my son and although it came after Christmas it arrived today and all the items were perfect and my son loved it

Excellent customer service! I had to return a jacket for a size swap and Jessica Hewitt was very accommodating. She offered multiple solutions and her responses were very prompt, anytime I contacted her I heard back within hours, very rare nowadays!

I received a hoodie that had a separation on a seam under the arm. I email customer support and within a few hours of verification of the split seam they had a new shirt order ready for me. They excel in, and exceed normal customer service expecting. I would recommend them to all of my friends.

Ordered 3 items for my husband for Christmas and I’m super impressed with all of them! One looks like it may run a little small and their customer service team was super responsive and helpful!

All the various jackets I've bought have come in perfect condition. No frays, no poor stitching and so a great job keeping me warm in the winter without the stiff weighted layers. Customer service has been great too, got a hold of them before my item shipped to switch the design and they did it no problem.

I love the cloths, but the customer service is even better. Always quick to respond and accomodating!

what am I supposed to believe, looking on Google at the legitimacy of serramo, it tells me that this site is a real scam but I have ordered several items of clothing and I have always received them so what is it? what Serremo? a scam or a real clothing site?

The original product that I ordered didn't fit as expected, and the team was very quick to accommodate swapping for a different product at the same price. Kathy Anderson was responsive and friendly, making the process seamless.

6’ and 240 I got an XL and fits me perfectly and it’s a great looking cream color delivery service was a bit weird but I got it in the end.

My son received a Wander jacket 4 years ago. It was washed and worn a ton and still looks new! Great quality and so comfy that he asked us to order him a new one in the next size up as he’s outgrown the original! Fantastic customer service with representative Sarah C. as well. Will definitely order from them again!

Quick delivery but clothes are not as shown. They are nowhere close to as fitted as they make the online advertisement. The quality looks okay but had I known they were as non fitted as any other sweater you can buy anywhere I wouldn’t have gotten it in the first place, so I’d say it’s quite misleading.
