Really didn't want to put any stars . I purchased 3 games for grandchildren 2 were not too bad but poorly presented .
It was the popping game that was a huge disappointment. Not boxed ,it was in a very flimsy see through cellophane bag. Very poor quality. Sergio Davis would not accept as a return because ' I explained it was poor quality '. We couldn't return it just because we didn't like it. Its in the bin.

You can return it only if it's broken, not just because you don't like it unfortunately our policies are really strict about that.

Never heard of them before and to be honest not sure what i expected when ordering the bounce Connect 4 game. Don’t really post reviews, but got to say I had great experience from payment/deliver full tracking of where it was and great price in my opinion. Top job and love it, despite me keep losing to the missus!!! Thanks Marc

Got this for my grandson who's mad on dinosaurs but he doesn't get a look in as my husband and son play with it more. Was very pleased with it and with the speed it was delivered

Well done Sergio Davis support team. I ordered a game through Sergio Davis UK. Unfortunately, due to a senior moment, I mistakenly ordered 2! I sent an email straight away to their support address. Within the hour I received both a response and an immediate refund of the overpayment. Definitely 5 star customer support!

Initially cud not pull ramp up. However was instructed by support that it was normal and to give it a really strong yank. Got someone else to do it and it’s fine now.

I was really pleased with my goods and the delivery. After having some problems with other companies re deliveries this was not the case on this occasion. I wrote to them to ask where my delivery was and they replied straight away promising it in a few days. They backed that up their promise. On writing this review they deserve my custom again should I need to order a product.

Fantastic service and communication and product ,original item arrived damaged in transit when i informed Sergio Davis uk of this a replacement was sent out immediately, cannot fault them a pleasure to do business with ,i will be back .

Purchased bouncing ball game. Quite pricey but anything to avoid the big A coy. Gonna say, was abit concerned as I couldn't find any reviews anywhere other than Facebook. Also, this coy uses a hard sell method, ie you buy one then immediately the siite offers discount on the next item blah blah. BUT... Good communication, order placed, processed, dispatchef etc. Product arrived well under the stated arrival time. It's sturdy, comes with easy to follow instructions and is a hoot to use. Looking forward to beating the kids with this over xmas. Satisfied customer.
