I was sceptical about this make up as it was an an advert on social media but I thought I would give it a try. I have mature skin and I couldn’t believe how amazing the foundation looks, I definitely look younger as it covers what you want it to cover but doesn’t cake onto your face. I’ll definitely buy again!

I ordered a shade that is a little too light. I reached out and Serentia is sending me a new shade. The cream is very soft, light and moisturizing. I can’t wait to get the next shade to try.

Another skin product scam. Doesn’t do anything to my skin. I have age spots all over my face. And my skin looks exactly the same before and after application of this product. The show video when it covers some lipstick and markers lines. It’s an AI video, not the true life. But I can blame only myself for believing in this crap.
I am just wondering from where and from whom all the positive reviews are coming 🤔

Awesome , i purchased the 2 for price of 1 so great price to try out and even when one colour didnt suit they were very propt and happy to exchange this for me. My skin is acne prone and i have lupus so also very sensative but ive had no problems with this at all. Ill buy more

So I purchased this product, I got hesitant and tried to cancel it. BUT it was too late! Im so glad I received it, I've tried so many different foundations. Im 40 now, so skin is different. I do prep my skin before make up with snail mucin, moisturizer and eucerin face sunscreen. When I put this foundation on, "warm honey", it matched me perfectly! I'm a medium to light skinned Latina and this was perfect, smooth, NOT CAKEY at all. They sent me only 1 when it was, but one get one free. No haggling, I emailed them, and its on its way! Customer service had been top notch. Today I came home after work, and put some on, just because I really like how it looks, Very natural! I give it a 10+

Overall, it’s a good products. It is. National look and people told me my face look glowing and I really love it and I will be ordering again and again also I had a two of them so I give it to one of my niece and she loved it. She said she was going to order her herself.

I am a new customer and they have treated me really well in terms of helping me with any issues I had after purchasing, I will definitely recommend this to others, but make sure you find your true colour before purchasing.

This is a wonderful product it’s light weight, not greasy but it looks like flawless skin when I wear it. I have tried three colours and found my colour was one colour darker then my normal shade. It’s a beautiful cream and my skin looks so healthy with it on. I will continue to order it.

This product did not suit my complexion and unfortunately they don't do anything for yellow tone skin. However the customer service has been prompt and helpful and they have said I will get a full refund.
Hopefully the money returns back in my account quickly.

It was the first time I've ordered from Serentia and since I wasn't sure, I ordered two different types but within the range suggested. Got my order and it was hassle-free, only to find out the other type didn't suit my complexion well. I emailed them to ask if there's a way I could return or resolve the issue. Customer service was very prompt responding and immediately and proactively resolved the issue. I was impressed by this and thank you to Kim who took care of my issue and proceeded to send me a replacement. I love the product as it does what it says in the ads. But the best thing is their customer service. Really good!

Since using Serentia for the last few weeks, I can’t tell you how many folks have told me I look well and am ‘glowing’. Coming up to my 61st birthday, I’ll take that! I no longer feel invisible anymore and that’s down to your fantastic product!

Absolutely horrible company and experience! I paid for the buy one get one free makeup product and recieved nothing! Customer service refuses to provide a refund, emails once, then I never heard from them ever again! They took my money and didnt provide a product! If they respond to this review, its just for show. They won't actually do anything about the issue. The company just wants to appear to be legitimate so more people purchase products! BEWARE, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

When I first ordered the foundation I realised the colour did not suit my skin tone. I had concerned because I opened it they wouldn't let me return it or exchange it. However, they were quite happy to send me out the colour that did suit my skin colour and that I could give away the one I had to a friend. The second order came and it was perfect ! I love the way it feels on my skin and it blends in nicely with my skin tone. I have tried many many foundations over the years and this one is the best so far!
