I terminated the subscription, but there was still transferred money to their account. And this happend more than just once, and after 2 tickets.

But other than that, really great servers. They are nice and stable. Its just the support team thats lacking

I recently purchased a Garry's Mod server from them. I had problem with control of the server. I contacted support with a High Priority ticket and they replied by email with a simple "Sorted" simple as that. No talking with support. It was just a couple of hours! I would Highly recommend Serenity Servers. They're not overpriced and reallly cheap!

It's a shame they don't offer more services (e.g web hosting) as I'd happily buy them in a heartbeat. I'm very happy with my services from Serenity Servers and can't find a single complaint about them. I've been other hosting companies before Serenity and they don't live up to this at all. Their Garry's Mod server hosting is VERY impressive and I simply cannot express enough how strongly I feel towards Serenity. I'd say this should be anyone's first choice for servers. Very friendly, seems to be a one-man team and everything is organised and ready to go. Excellent support. 5/5 stars.

Responses were quick and very friendly as well as helpful, and all around an amazing service

I paid only about $30 for three months of hosting a 15-person Garry's mod server and had a site hosted for free. Response to tickets was very quick, and they were able to answer any questions and address any concerns expertly. As I'm ending my service now, there was no bs, simply saying I wanted to cancel and answering why in the optional answer box. I'd recommend for anyone looking for a great host.

You will not find any other host like it. You submit a ticket and your issue is resolved within minutes. They even help you with some server problems. I once had too many addons on my Garry Mod service and they helped me identity the heavy addons that was causing the problem.
I have used there web hosting plans, game servers and TS Hosting and have never regretted going with this host.

Servers are slow, and the support is even worse. This has to be the worst company i have ever seen. So toxic and horrible. I wouldn't even recommend it to anyone of my friends. Your staff and your site needs alot of work before you call yourselves "Quality" overall cause there's no quality that i see worth showing on the entire website.

I used their hosting for Garry's Mod and Minecraft. Get the best ping and it is lag free. It is the best hosting for such a cheep price. They have awesome support that can help you with anything. I would 100% recommend SerenityServers to you!

Although you may look at my title and think that this is an exaggeration, but you would be wrong. Mikkel, the CEO of Serenity Servers has been dedicated to helping me and others with their servers throughout their experiences here. I started off around 6 months ago purchasing a server for Garry's Mod, 6 months lease of the server (To get the discount). My server was a 32 slot server, although it doesn't sound much it was to involve roleplaying, and became extremely popular at one point. I would have around 20-32 players online most of the day, and this meant to satisfy my players I needed a good host such as Serenity. When there was updates for specifically Garry's Mod/Steam Servers, all updates would be available and for certain updates there would be notifications. This meant my players could rejoin my server quickly after I updated, which was needed for a reasonably popular server.
The DDoS protection was superb, I had to call Mikkel through a ticket (Which responses are extremely quick in comparison to other hosts, we're talking ticket replies ranging within the hour to max around 5 hours, which I only had around one ticket which was replied about 5 hours later, as we all have a life outside of work this was great) Anyway, onto the DDoS protection again, I called him around 2 times to deal with issues which some were the WHOLE server node which we were on, but this was resolved within minutes by the DDoS mitigation.

Depending on what you need help with in a ticket he will most likely help out! Tutorials are available on his site where you can view basic information on server customisation, such as addons/mods et cetera.

The price, again this is by far one of the best services for the price you could get, even if you look at the prices now, just wait for the coupons presented on the site or twitter which can GREATLY decrease the price of your server. E.g. In my case I got a Garry's Mod server for 6 months for £30! (This was down to a 50% off deal I believe, off the top of my head, it was a seasonal deal - wait till Christmas, New Years who knows, other than they're bargains) So that's around 42 Euros, which equates to 7 Euros a month - definition of a good deal.

Finally, recently I have had other dedications since my Garry's Mod server, which happened to be a summer hobby of mine. Because of this, I was unable to run the server due to other commitments, I was willing to let the server lease 'die out'. Sadly, this wasn't the case, and to my fault I had 6 months before, mind you clicked auto-renew payment resulting in the money being rightfully taken.
I visited my semi-abandoned email address to see what thousands of junk-mail I had gathered - but only to see the server renewal. As a result I contacted Mikkel, who did not have to refund me (Pretty sure he didn't) and told him my situation and he kindly issued a FULL refund of £60 which was extremely generous of him.

Summary: The quality, based on my experience with a Garry's Mod server - 32 slots. It was amazing, little downtime, no lag on the server - even with a pretty large amount of props spawned. Tickets were absolutely fine, all replies were prompt and informative (based on my query)
The price, extremely good although my knowledge is a big rugged I can only imagine his prices are on par or if you can wait, with a coupon much better deals than any competitors.

As a result, 5 stars never had any negative issues with SerenityServers, would highly recommend for starter servers, large servers or even just for a couple of friends to hang out on. Reliable, quality, and excellent service.
(If I need a server which they host in the future, I will be returning)

I am reviewing this hosting company because, in my opinion, they've helped me as much as they possibly can with every issue I had. As much as I used to complain, they never gave up, and I am proud to be one of their customers.

I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good hosting provider because it's unique from the rest. Any tickets sent are replied to in a matter of minutes (possibly depending on timezone).

Also, they have a variety of mods to choose from using their Mod Manger system. They do not have ALL of the addons, but the essential ones, which come real handy.

I knew this company for nearly a year, since I started a server with my brother last year, which still exists, however, I left to start up my own server. I thought that another host (won't mention name) would be better, but I couldn't handle the ping lags, nor could the host. So I switched to this, and I have no regrets.

Hope you all read my review and start a server with Serenity Servers today, you'll regret not to.

Serenity servers host my Gmod and TF2 servers and website and are professional and helpful whenever support is needed. I have used several other service providers but I would recommend Serenity the most due to their fair pricing, excellent support team and service performance! 10/10.

I have a Garry's Mod server with Serenity, and I must say, its outstanding, first of all, the cheap prices are brilliant, I've just gotten my first job and I wanted to spend some money on a server for friends, thanks to the cheap costs of the hosting, I now have a fully functioning website, forums, donation shop, and even a new Minecraft server currently being made, I couldn't have done this without the amazing support (Responses at 1AM?! The servers run very good even with thousands of addons (TDM, m9k etc.). The hardware is just impressive!!

The support responds quickly and they take alot of time to help!
