My friend sent me an orchid which was delivered shortly after I left hospital following major surgery.
The flowers dropped off over a couple of days , and despite best efforts, the leaves followed and the buds didn’t developed - looked like a diseased plant.
As soon as I was up and about (7 days) I reported with photo but they refused to replace as I didn’t raise within 5 days

I was maid of honour at my best friend’s wedding last September, and I was asked to help find a florist (with only a few weeks to go). After much googling and scrolling on Instagram I came across Serenity Flowers, her page looked great so I reached out, providing a description of what the bride wanted and her budget. A few other florists fobbed me off, but not Serenity Flowers. She responded quickly, and was able to recommend flowers that were to budget. The flowers arrived promptly on the day of the wedding, and all looked beautiful! The whole experience was 10/10 ***** I would highly recommend!!

The service offered by Serenity flowers team was great! My husband contacted them to order the Red infinity roses for Valentine's Day and received the order in time. The quality of the roses is amazing, it’s well preserved and the fragrance is still going strong after so many months. Highly recommend getting these for your loved ones!
