Amazing customer service with questions about my orders :)

Wasn't expecting instant results but I am pleased noticing a difference . Got my fingers crossed hoping to see more results soon. .Going on2 nd week .

Taste not bad but it does nothing for me really guess I have a tolerable body/system. Maybe I had greater expectations.

I am impressed re the ship/receive process. I purchased on 5/6 and started using product 5/11. Using as prescribed, I am tolerating well enough. The taste is truly yucky, but I've tasted worse. I've not noticed any weight loss yet, but hopefully reducing the amout of garbage in the body will tip the scale in my favor.

The cleanse works starting day 1 for my husband and I. Showed of what is comming out of our intestines. Trully magical results

My experience with the first shipment was off. The herbs ( soursop bitters) got sent to my mailbox instead of my home and because I was out of town, they sat in my outside mailbox in the Arizona heat for two weeks, ruined. If they had been delivered to my home, my neighbor would have picked them up.
Trying to get a replacement and someone to answer the phone was a joke. Pablo, saved the day. He was the only one to reach out and get to the bottom of it with almost daily updates. It took me ONE month for my new replacement, pretty ridiculous in the 21 century. It’s unfortunate that the herbs themselves do as they claim, I’ve had wonderful results. So- horrible A-Z follow through, minus Pablo, thankfully. I will never order from Serene Herbs again because it was so time consuming trying to get my new order received. I should have had my replacement immediately, as though I was a new customer. I will never recommend this company because of the return - and an unhappy customer was pushed to the side. Pablo, was terrific however, so thankfully this snail company has him. Similar brands and companies are popping up everywhere so I know with time and research I’ll find similar herbs if not better.
Also, it wasn’t clear on the website when I ordered that I’d be signing up for a subscription, that area was very grey and very misleading. Somehow, I got caught on this shady (somewhat) scam. I never do subscriptions ever! Personally, as a whole I think this company is more profit driven than customer. Customer service is weak and needs to be addressed, get more employees and pay them a good living wage. Reviews about customer service are horrible, shite actually.
A side note to Mr Tuffour: don’t let your Millions go to your head, stay humble and grounded, stick to your ancestral roots.

I love this product. As a kid my parents were big on cleaning your system out a few times a year. As an adult I did so but no where nearly as frequent. For the most part I eat pretty healthy and try to avoid a lot of junk food. I saw ads on Instagram and it got me thinking about a full system cleanse for my overall health. As soon as I received my shipment I took the recommended 2 tablespoon, dosage. It started working about 8 hrs later. I feel good about flushing the toxins out. I will be using this product consistently.

Mohammad, with the customer support was amazing. I had an auto renewal set up for the product and I had forgotten to change my address to my new location. Mohammad replied back and asked for the new address. I expressed that I knew it was my fault for not updating the address and that if I missed this particular shipment, I completely understood, but Mohammed went above and beyond and he helped me get my shipment so that I can continue using the products so very pleased with the service and customer experience for this whole thing I have since received my products and I am very grateful for Mohammed and all of his efforts that he did in assisting me with this .

I was buying it on Amazon and I noticed that the thing from Amazon was not working because I built the when I bought it from this from y'all's company. It was working firmly a lot better than the product from Amazon. She had to be cautious and by invitation that works halfway this one. As soon as I I took it, it worked. I was going to the restaurant more than three times like you can say five. That's why I know it is sure it's working yes I bought it from Amazon and that's all the difference because the company that I bought it from from the sponsor that you get three and then you get three free and it's been working and I'm very happy. I have experience with Amazon. I know what I'm saying. I will not say something if I can't back it up. In the past I bought a lot of things and then they sent me. Lately they've been sending me like clothes. I would never buy from them cuz I always get stuff that is not. It's false advertising. It's nothing like the picture you see when you're perching from Amazon, I will not buy. I'm terrified to buy something from Amazon because you cannot return it like herbs, vitamins, medication, anything that is house serious. You cannot return it. I'm feeling a lot better and I'm feeling the the difference. I'm taking another soursop bitter but it's with pineapple and mango flavor. It tastes really good and I feel like it's working and I barely in my couple days like close to a week already because today's Wednesday and it's been working. It's really good

Im on my 3rd bottle and my gut have shrink alot than how it use to looks before. Usually take it at night before bed and wake energized. It actually helps curved my appetite. I noticed a glow in my skin and those small tiny skin tags on my neckline have shrink and not noticeable. The results is based on the person but trust me you wont regret it

Effective and actually works as described. Was hoping this was not just another “Snake Oil” remedy; and am pleasantly satisfied with results so far!

The fact i only been taking it for 2 weeks and I waaayyyy less bloated , clothes i felt like i couldn’t fit , fit me perfectly . I can go to the restroom regularly and my mood has changed drastically .
