Scam on so many levels stay away
I ordered a green ruck sack on February 19 and paid extra for expedited delivery. As of March 12, I still have not received my order, and my holiday is coming up in April.
Despite emailing the company multiple times this week, I’ve received no response. I’ve also spoken to my bank, which informed me that I can initiate a chargeback next week due to the lack of communication and fulfillment of my order.
I am incredibly frustrated with the level of service I have received. I had hoped for a timely resolution, but the company’s lack of response has left me feeling ignored and disappointed and I so wanted it but again i’ve spoke to both postal companies Evir and Yugg email them and I’ve been informed that the Chinese buy label every get the parcel from Chinese company and we put the label on. They’ve got the label but no parcel so another scam company.
