DO NOT purchase anything from this company. Product is terrible and was sent after 3 weeks from China. The fabric was not cotton as described and was more of a cheap polyester with no stretch so you cannot even get it over your head. I received an initial response from their "support" email, and when I tried again, the email came up as "will not send" - apparently, I was blocked. Beware!

If I can give it 0 I would. Don’t buy. They do not stand behind their refund policy. Have to go through hoops and still nothing. They have a 30 day? BS. So now I’m out money. Go somewhere else!!

Horrible company!! They lie and steal from you! They advertised one dress which I ordered and sent a much cheaper, completely different item… a denim sweatshirt. When I tried to speak with customer service about an exchange they told me that they don’t have returns because their prices are so low. When I tried to exchange the item, they blocked me and didn’t respond to any of my emails.

The order took about a month and a half to get here and it was not the dress I ordered. I kept emailing asking for the right one and they kept telling me that their sale prices didn’t include a return. I said I didn’t want to return. I just wanted the dress I ordered. Finally I sent them a picture of the dress I received. They emailed back and said that it was the dress that I ordered. But it absolutely was not the right one. It didn’t even look close to the one I ordered the one they did send me was a piece of crap. Now they won’t do anything for me at all I’ve never dealt with such a fraudulent company.

Terrible quality for the price that I paid, it’s a fraud. The item is not even the color that I want and it’s a totally different design. According to the reviews I guess I’m not getting my money back . Lawyers should take action in this fraudulent webpage.

Avoid this company! Product quality was shoddy, my sweatshirt took weeks to arrive from overseas, and altho I ordered a women’s medium, the item was a men’s large. Attempts to return it were met with a response to keep the item that I don’t want and pay $25 for shipping a substitute. Clearly a Chinese comp misleading customers since Los Angeles is in their freakin name!

This company is fraudulent!!! BEWARE!!! I am so upset that nothing I received looked like the pictures. It is horrible quality. They have now BLOCKED me when I sent a request for my money back.

Scam site. Cheap products that are nothing like the pictures . Should be shut down. Beware!

I ordered a dress but they sent the wrong one. It also took a very long time. They're responses are auto written but does not reply regarding original issue. Repeated responses to all of my messages.
Filed a report to my credit card. Awaiting results. Do not purchase from them. Scam!

Saw an advertisement on facebook for Blue Dress Modern half Button Dress, placed the order and when I received the order it was a completly different item sent, I received a cheap looking button-down blue shirt type dress. I reached out to the company about the issue and received a reply from a person by the name of Susan Davis but no follow-up on getting what I paid for.

The sweatshirt Serenalosangeles sent was crap and nothing like the item in the photo. Cheap fabric, poorly constructed (stitchers showing on the outside), and even had a hole. I tried to take them up on their money back guarantee and they offered a partial refund of 15% ($8.99), instead of crediting my account the $59.95 I paid for it.

Zero rating. I ordered the royal blue sweater/checked shirt combination and received an ugly nave blue sweater/plaid shirt instead. Really is a SCAM SCAM SCAM

i too wish i could rate a 0. dress looked nothing like online. cheap and ugly. colors not accurate. my option was to take a credit or exchange but why would i want another dress that i will never wear

A would prefer a 0 rating. The quality of the item I purchased was not as described and was poor. Trying to return it, they said it would require international (China) shipping. Obviously, they are not in Los Angeles. Their 40 day satisfaction guarantee is a scam. Do not buy from them.

Took a long time to receive item. Quality is terrible - doesn't even look like the picture online. Returns are allowed per the website; however, they refuse my return and are now offering (after a month of emails) an "exchange" for $10-$25! Terrible company. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered an item for 60$. It looked cute. What I got looked nothing like what I ordered and looked like it was sewn in HS home economics class. Hideous. They refuse to refund me and won’t respond to my emails. They are a scam !!

How dare you ask me to keep it, how dare you ask me to give you any more money for your inferior product and your underhanded business dealings.

AND YOU RENEG ON THE 100% return policy. Horrible underhanded company.

Horrible quality! I feel totally scammed. The item doesn't look like the marketing photos. It feels like cardboard, the colors on it are muted, and the company won't do anything to make it right.

Product quality is horrible. Item received not even similar to as shown on website. Customer Service email returned undeliverable.
