I am Abdulrahman Alkassabeen. I had my hair transplant on September 24th, 2024, and I’m extremely satisfied with the experience. The entire team demonstrated a high level of hygiene and professionalism, which was evident from the detailed explanations they provided about the steps of the procedure and what to expect.

Dr. Sergan Aslan personally handled the most crucial parts of the operation, ensuring precision and care. Fatema has been wonderful in addressing all my questions through WhatsApp and following up by asking for photos to monitor my progress.

It's a been a year since i made the hair implant at Sercan Aslan Clinic. I was told by the doctor that the coverage will be 100%, but that was not the case. During the surgery, the nurse caused me 2 wounds in the front area of my head, so I ended up with 2 bald spots at the front of my head.
Second, the drawn front line is too high. My forehead looks way bigger than before.
Third, there're bald areas in the back of my head due to taking grafts in an unbalanced way from the doner area. And finally, the grown up hair is not as soft as the original was, it's curly and dry, i have been told that due to not planting the grafts in the right direction.

The entire team exudes a remarkable level of professionalism, and their genuine care for their patients is truly commendable. Dr. Aslan's unwavering dedication to his work is evident, as he consistently surpasses expectations. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly endorse their services. After much research and consideration, I decided to get a hair transplant in Turkey and found myself contacting a number of clinics to arrange for appointments and estimates.

In fact, throughout the whole process of booking the appointment, arriving in Istanbul, before surgery, during surgery and post-surgery, Eva was a shinning star and ensured that I felt comfortable, at ease and taken care of. If there were any issues, e.g. the hotel offered two connected single beds instead of a double bed, Eva sorted it out with one phone call. As I was staying longer in Istanbul after the surgery, Eva also arranged for multiple washes to take place in the clinic.

In terms of the Dr. Sercan, I found him to be very professional, attentive and competent. He made sure I understood the process and ensured that my wishes were taken into consideration while providing sound advice. He was available post-op for a conversation in the next days and conducted the check-ups himself. But what I truly appreciated was that he personally came down to conduct one of the washes post-op and to reassure me that everything was on track.

The team was also very competent, professional and friendly. They were considerate and supportive throughout the surgery and after the surgery. The clinic facilities were also up to the standard that one would expect and I felt comfortable having the procedure done there.

Lastly, since the surgery (it has now been 4 months), the results have been exceptional and I am very satisfied. Eva has kept in touch and checked on the progress. Also, she is always available to answer any questions or concerns. You hear a lot of horror stories about how clinics ignore their customers after the surgery, however, this has not been the case at all with this clinic. I have felt the same attention has been given after the surgery as it was before the payment.
