Fast Shipping / Product Challenges
Shipping was prompt. The packaging was excellent. All containers were received intact and sanitary. My first experience using challenging. As directed, I allowed time for liquid to fill needles and every time I stamped my face the product poured from the needles down my face. To my disappointment much of the product from the first vial was wasted.

I do like the micro-needling product
I do like the micro-needling product. I expected more change that I have gotten, But I do believe there have been small changes. My face has very deep wrinkles from a long battle with breast cancer. 4 rounds of chemo and many hospital stays does not help. I also am on ozempic. So I have lost a ton of weight which I also know does not help. I always have hope in new products where I do not see any change, but I have taken comparison photos through the process and I do believe that there are small changes. I am not sure what more I can do besides botox that will change the damage that cancer had on me. But I am not giving up!

What A Difference!
I am 4 months in and the difference in my skin is amazing to me. I have never been able to go without makeup. Now I only need I only use a moisturizing tint on my face when I go to work. This has not only helped with wrinkles and fine lines, it has also improved the redness and darks spots. I also want to mention their customer service. We all know that these days customer service is lacking and slow. When I emailed customer service, I had a response 10 minutes later. Kudos to Nick! He immediately resolved my issue. It was refreshing to experience that kind of assistance. I am 61 and I recommend this product 100%. You wont be disappointed. Results are not always immediate but I personally notice a difference before I even finished my first 3 month supply.

It is a great product
It is a great product! I can see the results, I did have to leave town to deal with some issues so I am on my 3rd application. Have a couple left, wish I hadn't missed the process but seems to recover!

Great service!!!
I’m so happy with the products I purchased from Seranova, the deep collagen cream and the microneedle kit. My skin is so healthy and glowing and I’m going to continue to purchase these products because they make a huge difference on my skin. I am 62 and have not paid much attention to my skin until recently. I have been noticing more fine wrinkles, especially between eyebrows and marionette lines and a saggy neck. I am pretty much a no fuss kind of girl, so if I try skin care that takes a lot of time or multiple steps, I end up not following thru with them.
I really appreciate the once every 2 week regimen and love the deep collagen cream for daily use, I have noticed less lines and my skin is plumper. I am able to do the routine regularly. And the price is perfect! I am retiring this month and will be on a budget and find that this product is very affordable and I am sure I will continue using it.
I have completed 4 treatments and I kid you not, this weekend I have had 4 compliments on my appearance, my neighbor even stopped me and she said “I just need to tell you that every time I see you, you are looking younger and prettier!” Now… I have been on a healthy kick and have lost some weight and I am much less stressed since deciding to retire early, but I do have to think the Seranova skin care regimen has helped a lot, I am looking forward to continued great results. I am very satisfied with my product.

I really like this product
I really like this product. I love the fact that I can do microneedling from home and I feel the quality of the product is excellent. The collagen cream is also very good.
My suggestion is, however, for those on a subscription plan, they should send an email out first, giving the customer the option to push back a date or continue. Instead, I received something I wasn't expecting. I also found it interesting that I had to submit a photo showing I had not opened the product before they would send me a return label. Not saying that's bad... that just was an extra hoop I was not expecting. Didn't feel like great customer service. But they did refund my money.

Product is Highly Effective
Order arrived on time with full instructions for use and an online video.
I have used product, as directed for 3treawnt over 6 weeks and I see significant improvement. My lines have softened and some have gone, leaving me with smooth skin.
My jowls are almost non existent. As a 64 year old female, these results are more than I hoped for. I highly recommend to everyone.
