After an initial issue with shipping the test kit to the UK, the head of customer service got involved and shipped another kit via a faster delivery method, which hopefully has resolved my issue.

Fast shipping to Canada even with the strikes, and a very user-friendly platform for viewing data. My doctor was impressed with the report, and we're optimistic it will help pinpoint some persistent health issues.

I shopped around various genome sequencing companies before I chose sequencing.com. they had the most comprehensive set of included reports for an affordable price, and accepted my health savings account for payments. So far the data I am able to retrieve is very comprehensive and I think we'll be very helpful in my medical future

This was very informative and helpful in checking on our little one for things we believed the Dr's are missing. This still didn't answer some of our questions but it helped us rule our anything genetically linked. But it was very expensive.

Quick, accurate and affordable whole genome sequencing. Very surprised how good the interface is (genome explorer). Doing 3 generations of my family next.

I can strongly recommend that almost anyone have their genome sequenced -- but with a strong caveat. The reports that came from sequencing.com were (for me) almost useless. I found out that I'm not related to Donald Trump and that I'm prone to a nicotine addiction should I decide to take up smoking. The real value of a WGS, and it is very large, requires a lot more work. I uploaded my gene sequence to ChatGPT along with the medical lab results for some conditions I had questions about (thyroid and blood glucose). With a lot of time and back and forth questioning I found out that some medications that could have been indicated were not a good idea in my case. This made it worth the $400 I spent. And in the future when/if I have a medical condition I can check to see if medications are right for me. In summary, this is a good product but don't expect useful results to be delivered to you out of the box.

It was done quicker than I expected. The price was reasonable. It delivered answers I needed and was searching for over 4 decades. It found the genetic cause for my very serious muscle condition after every other method failed.

I reached out to the "customer success team" via email to inquire about my order as it revolves around the current sales. I thought I would probably be met with no resolution or delayed response. I was responded to by the AI system right away, which gave a business appropriate response, ultimately not resolving my issue. However, it gave the option to reach an agent over email, of which I replied asking for one. I was responded to not 30 minutes later and just like that, no questions asked, they resolved my issue 100%. I'm beyond satisfied with my interaction with customer service this far. Hoping if I need them in the future that I'll be met with such prompt, understanding, and outstanding service. The process to get my DNA was very simple. I am fasinated to see the blueprint of my body. I have a MTHFR variant and feeling better supplementing with folate

Sending my sample in for sequencing was straightforward and there were updates along the way so I knew where it was in the process. Having the data itself has been useful. I now have a good idea of conditions I might be at higher risk for based on my genetics, which is one piece of the puzzle. The data has also been great to have because now when a family member is diagnosed with a condition or has some tests that suggest that something could be off, I can reference my data to see if those are things I should bring up with my doctor sooner rather than later based on my genetics and the newly found family history. All in all, I feel like the data is very useful to have.

So far my experience has been wonderful I haven't had a chance to really take the information into any physicians or technicians or whatever but I do believe that the information I have so far will be very useful for them. It is a lot of information to take in but I'm excited to get to know more about myself honestly. I like the way your platform is set up the human genome is by far the most complex thing to understand and your platform helps people to understand it at their own pace. I also really like how you explain what type of professional needs to be seen for each thing.

Efficient, professional and friendly

I knew I had a genetic condition. This confirmed it, found another condition that I definitely have but doctors were unable to find (knew I had an autoimmune disease just not sure which one), pinned a medication that would have killed me (turns out it killed my grandmother), and may have found the exact version of EDS I have. Making my mom do this and probably my small son!

I loved how easy it was to order and how quick it came back! Support gave me instructions on how to download the info so I could take it to my doctor!

Great product and very easy to use. Sending in the sample was simple, and I actually received my results a little faster than advertised, which was a nice surprise. I purchased this because I was curious about a few conditions that run in my family, and it was very straightforward to search for and review that information. On top of that, there was far more detail and insight available than I ever expected. Overall, I’m very happy with my results and would definitely recommend this to others.

From the second you purchase your kit, everything starts processing and it doesn't take nearly as long as I thought it would, but it still took a couple weeks. You receive timely updates every step of the way too. I wanted to have something to take to my doctor and Sequencing.com provided the tool and put it into handy .pdf docs that you can print and take to your doctor -- it even gives you one for rheumatologist, one for neurologist, etc., depending on what issue it is, but it only has you take what's pertinent to them so they aren't overwhelmed which I think is fantastic that it was broken down into specialities.

It was very informative during the whole process. Once my DNA was done, I found out I have a couple genes that actually fit my unknown symptoms that we thought were just normal things to deal with in our family. We are looking at doing it for another member who is also having medical concerns. It's great.
