So far, they are great. I started using SEOJuice early last year. It does an excellent job, and provides additional insights/capabilities above and beyond the internal linking that I use it for. Also, from month to month, I've seen the product/capabilities improve consistently.

Most importantly (because I work at a small company) the customer service has been fantastic. They respond quickly, and make sure to work through any issue.

Big thumbs up for the capability and the team at this company.

We tested SEOjuice as a potential platform for AltText optimization after looking at a few different ones, and was both pleasantly surprised at the interface as well as the customer support — the team was quick to address a question over the holidays and implement a solution, and generally just was easy to work with. We're proceeding with this platform over others and are excited to see the impact!

Really nice SEO tool that is informative and beautifully crafted. It works behind the scenes to help fix many tedious tasks that would otherwise take up your time. I run a news blog tbreak.com so it started becoming a bit expensive for me at over 1000 posts- but if you are under that then its well worth its price.

I manage a couple of sites and brought in Seojuice to help push things further. They know what they’re doing. The biggest win for me has been the internal linking work. It’s structured and makes sense.

I’ve seen steady improvements across the sites. The process can feel a bit structured at times, but the results justify it.

Overall, a reliable team if you want real SEO gains and better site architecture.

He also generously increased our website limit since we were early adopters. This is a “set it” and forget it service and it has made significant difference in our rankings for our clients. The support is also great with Vadim and Lida. You generally don’t converse with the owner in regards to support but it’s different with SEO Juice. I would highly recommend SEO juice to everyone! 10 stars!

I found the process with SEOJuice extremely confusing and frustrating. The platform isn't intuitive, and their support team is far from helpful. After spending way too much time trying to get things working and optimizing settings, I eventually gave up. There are plenty of better alternatives out there that offer clearer guidance and actually helpful support. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time on a service like this.

Yes, I do have a few Trustpilot accounts. Unfortunately, some companies that provide poor service also take offense at honest reviews and have used my profile to contact me directly — in some cases even harassing me by phone. To avoid this, I use verified but anonymized accounts when leaving negative reviews.

That said, I’ve written over 300 five-star reviews for businesses that genuinely earned them — your app just isn’t one of them. Judging by the many similar complaints across various platforms, I’m guessing you’re already aware of this.

I was one of the first users of SEOJuice when Vadim (CEO) launched and was sharing feedback to make his product better and he did implement many of the changes I suggested but after a month I decided it wasn't right for me.

In July 2024 in a chat w Vadim I told him I wanted to cancel, but to be fair my request wasn't that clear and maybe he thought I was just negotiating because he asked me what would make the product worth it to me.

But then 3 months later I reached back out to Vadim from a direct email string I had with him and ask "Why was he still charging me?" He never replied. This was the first sign that something was not right.

I'm a small business owner running everything from home myself while being a full time single Dad. With the holidays coming I barely had time to think about SeoJuice again but noticed it in 2025 while my doing my taxes.

I reached out again to the direct email I had with the CEO but he never responded so I posted a review on an indie site warning others of this failing to honor my request. Then he did respond but I was handed off to Lida Stepul from his company who basically shoved their cancellation policy in my face. Not what I expecting after their continual lack of communication.

Today I can say that I'm honestly scared that this person is stalking me online. I don't want to speculate if they are taking some revenge on my small business for speaking out and telling the story of my experience.

Lida told me I should have used the 'proper' cancellation process to cancel my plan, fair enough, but how was I supposed to know what that was when no one was responding to me? I wish this could have been resolved without all this drama.

I discovered SeoJuice more than 6 months ago and since then it has become our perfect SEO ally.

Besides Vadim has always been attentive and kind to help us with any questions, the application has constant updates and new features that allow us to be better.

We don't usually leave reviews, but I can only recommend them.

It's a complete scam. I paid for a service to generate links, and it wasn’t generating them; it just stayed in "processing." When I spoke with "VADIM," he said he would fix it, but nothing happened. Then I decided to cancel the subscription, which I had already paid for 20 more days, and they stopped providing the service. It’s a TOTAL scam and they steal the money.!
