Extremely Disappointed - No Service Provided After Payment and Unresponsive Seller.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from seogroupbuytools.in. I have not received any response from the seller despite multiple attempts to contact them via website and email. I sent a courtesy notice of purchase on the 29th and followed up with another message, but received no response and no email to confirm purchase.
The item is still listed as pending, even though my bank and PayPal have been charged. I have initiated a dispute claim and sent an email to the seller within the 7-day refund timeframe for refund or resolution, but there has been no response. Additionally, I have started a dispute with my bank for the charge.
I have not received any email confirmation of my purchase, and the item continues to show as processing even though it has been several days now. After my purchase, I was alarmed to find that I am not the only buyer experiencing this issue, as evidenced by other reviews on Trustpilot.
I strongly advise potential buyers to be cautious when dealing with this seller. The lack of communication and failure to deliver the purchased service is unacceptable.
