Sentinel responded to my initial email enquiry promptly with a competitive quote. They were available to conduct the survey within a working day. Both surveyors turned up on time and were very polite. The survey was completed in a couple of hours with a number of samples taken. The samples were analysed and a full PDF report issued within 48 hours. Very impressive customer service with excellent communication throughout.

Used Sentinel for a property asbestos survey/sampling. They performed the survey very promptly and I received the report shortly after. The report showed the property inspection was thorough and professional, with detailed sample results. Follow up questions I had were answered straight away. I found them very helpful and informative, so would recommend them.
