Not worth the aggravation
I ordered two totes ( there was a “deal” being offered). Different designs. Both ordered exactly the same time. Dec 6, 2024. There was no mention of a shipping date, but I figured at some point I would receive some communication.
When I hadn’t heard anything by Dec 17th I emailed to inquire what the status. I used the only email made available to customers which was some automated response with poor English.
The link they sent just kept showing me the package had entered the country but sitting somewhere in Illinois since Dec 26.
On January 4 I finally received ONE bag. It’s fine and I like it okay, but am really disappointed none of the images on line show how PROMINENTLY the company the piece was ordered from is PRINTED on the bag….iCK. For a $90 bag, was not expecting that. If I could scrape it off I would
Now Jan 14, still no update on receiving the OTHER bag, ordered at the same time.
In the end, not worth the money. Sorry I purchased.

Took two and a half months to receive…
Took two and a half months to receive my package and it wasn’t even my order - got someone else 1 purse with her name on it. when I ordered two purses and two wallets.
I have received nothing but generic responses and links to packages that are still waiting on pick up since November. This is the worst customer service experience and waiting three months for something is ridiculous.

Please be more mindful of shipping limitations. I received an email on December 5, 2024 saying I'd receive my item in 10-15 days (including weekends). It didn't arrive until January 7, 2025. Tracking was also very spotty, and I had to contact customer service, as the first bag I ordered arrived last.
As for the bag itself, it seems the workmanship is not durable. I'm concerned about fading, but the zipper is awful, and I hope waxing it will help. The straps have a "raw" finish to them, and the edges are not pleasant to the touch.
The extra star is because customer service responded fairly quickly and with an update.

Very slow fulfillment - typo on product
First, we made the order the first week of December for 2 bags and one finally arrived on January 12th, when the initial shipment was promised by Christmas. As of writing this review, the second bag is bouncing around distribution centers in Illinois and Indiana. The one bag which arrived was in good shape, however there’s a typo on it. I got the Pride and Prejudice Medium satchel and on the side is an graphic of the letter from Darcy to Elizabeth with just the salutation and signature in real words. It says “Miss Bennett” - with 2 t’s. The name in the book only has 1 t - Elizabeth Bennet. Maybe it’s too picky, but if you are looking to sell expensive ($200+) leather bags targeted to book people, getting the name of the main character wrong on the product isn’t great. It’s a nice size and I’ll still use it, but I’ll always be a little annoyed by the typo and the experience was not worth buying anything else from them.
