Absolute scam of a company - absolutely avoid!!! I wanted to give my money to a small company rather than Amazon and now wish I hadn’t bothered. They sent (faulty and damaged) incorrect items and miss... See more

Thanks for visiting Trustpilot. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to leave a review here anymore because the company’s website has closed. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Ordered a squishy cube and it arrived with a hole in, leaking stuff everywhere. Sent a photo and asked for replacement. They said I had to send the old one back so I printed a return label, packaged u... See more
How does one 2-star review and 13 1-star reviews equate to a rating of 1.9? Not least given that most of the 1-star posters would have given 0-stars if they could... I have still not received my... See more
The 2 stars is for lack of customer service. Online form doesn't give a choice of general query, so that's no good. Online chat is automated response only. If you phone to speak to someone, it sounds... See more
I could pick 0 start's I would
I could pick 0 start's I would. Order was placed early December for two items to a total value around £36. The cheaper of the two items arrived within a week or so, however, the more expensive item wasn't there and there was a hand written scrap of paper saying "refund" in the box. Over a month later I've send 5 e-mails, done 2 online "contact us" forms, and called twice (only get to speak to an AI robot). Terrible and would highly advise shopping elsewhere.
This has been an extremely frustrating…
This has been an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. The company has outright refused to issue a refund despite failing to deliver the goods for over four months.
Each time I request a refund, I am asked to resend my order number and “start the process again.” Once I do, I am ignored. This cycle has repeated multiple times with no resolution.
Instead of a refund, I am repeatedly given delivery dates that are not honoured. I have been provided with several delivery dates, none of which have been met. There is no communication when deliveries fail to take place, and no accountability afterwards.
Emails are either ignored or met with vague responses, and phone calls go unanswered. After months of chasing, I am left with no goods, no refund, and no clear route to resolution.
This company has had ample opportunity to put this right and has failed to do so. I would strongly caution others before placing an order.
