Initial frame defect problem rectified
Ordered two goals, one of which had a broken link cord. Emailed the contact and have yet to hear anything back. Disappointing service.
Update 25.08.21
Since submitting my initial 2 star review above, Scott from Sensible Soccer came back to me apologising for the delay in response due to holiday. He promised to provide a replacement frame, which was promptly honoured, along with a free training ball as an apology.
I appreciate this gesture and have lifted my average score to a 4.

True Customer Service - 100% genuine & honest
My initial order was incorrect but when I spoke with Samba Soccer (the manufacturers) they immediately rectified the order and picked up the first delivery. I measure a Co on how quickly they react to errors (true Customer Service) and Samba are exceptional. The goal posts are the best on the market for budding footballers and my little 6 yr old now wants to play football everyday!!
