Ordered two heavy metal skipping ropes, and received 2 cheap plastic ones. Have sent at least 4 emails to two different email addresses and no response and no telephone number to chase it. Website shows icons to progress returns or ask for help but they are unresponsive and do not work. Do Not use!

Ordered the same item once from Amazon once directly from Senshi’s website.
The Amazon order was not delivered and did not even reach the delivery carrier and on my second attempt ordering directly from Senshi again the item did not arrive and after sending five emails I only received one response asking for me to email again in a few days if the item had not arrived. Two emails and two weeks later I have received no item and no response.

Weights are sandbags instead of steel plates advertised

Ordered item 12 days ago and still no shipping info or updates at all. Emailed contact 2 days ago and no response. Awful service.

I ordered a pair of gymnastics rings on the 20th of February 2026. Despite a promise of a 3-5 days delivery, not only was my order not delivered, but all my emails to customer service and attempts to cancel the order and get a refund are unheeded - their customer service does not exist.

Ordered weights four months ago. They have still not arrived and the company does not answer my emails.

The item we ordered arrived but having bought at least 100 items on the internet over the years, this is the first time we were asked to add a tip. This is particularly odd for a company that claims a link with Japan, a country where offering a tip is usually regarded as an insult. This has put me off using them again.

Incomplete order delivered. No outdoor cover, no kick guard, no funnel and the wrong base for the bag.

Ordered punchbag, arrived but wrong size. After a month of trying to contact them they responded and said return it and they’ll send a replacement I stated I wanted refund. Reluctantly they agreed so sent back the bag……. 6 months later still no refund and no replies. DISGUSTING SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Unsatisfied with the product, unfortunately unable to contact customer support. Difficult to contact have emailed several times with no reply after 7 days. Waiting in anticipation for a reply

Ordered the multi gym, bolts missing, got no response from the company so had to go and buy some.
The gym it self is very good, after sale service is rubbish.

Great quality products. delivered the next day which is amazing. the customer service was fantastic and very helfull.

I ordered ankle weights with metal inserts as per advertised. The wrong item was sent upon which I contacted Senshi via email because they have no direct phone number of their error, requesting information for me to return and confirmation the correct item will be sent out. To date, following further e-mails have had no response. False product advertising, no customer service, will not buy from this company again.

I ordered a Foldable Wall Mounted Dip Station on 18/06/2025 with 2 weeks passing and no sign of the item being delivered or an update regarding delivery. The only way to contact this company is via email, no phone number. I emailed to enquire further and did receive a reply stating the item must have been lost in transit and a new one will be shipped. Fast forward to today (16/07/2025) and a further 3 emails sent enquiring where my order is and they are now not responding and ignoring the emails. I have had to dispute this with my bank to hopefully recoup my wasted money.
