The sense product does the basics of what we purchased it for. However it doesn't do everything they claim. The tech support is almost non existent which is the #1 reason for the rating. When I was having issues which could have been resolved with a five minute call, sense had no support or answers. I had to read through pages of information. Chatting with them only provides canned responses
