I knew there was a service, but it was for each ticket and it was excessive.

I only gave them 2 stars as they do not tell you upfront about all the fees they charge, they charge you an outrageous fee up front and they charge you an additional fee after you place the order saying its sales taxes. I will not buy tickets from them again and advise others not to also in the end you will pay more than what you would pay on stubhub or ticket master. They charged me $95.00 taxes on $888.00 when sales tax for that state is only 6% which should of only been $53.00 they rip you off.. by the way the tickets were good no issue when they were use like previous comments. Bottom line use reputable companies not guys....................................lesson learned. did report there unauthorized 2nd charge as fraud to credit card company as I did not agree to it. They shouldn't try to rip people off all fees should be in total before you pay as it is with the reputable companies..................

We got great seats, for a great price, and had a great time!!! I would buy tickets here again in the future.

A decent experience, Sensational Seats requires a large uncharge for their services. Will use sparing in the future if at all!

The ticket price was wonderful but 3 other people had the same seats the same event, time and date. Good thing everyone stood up

Talk about fast service.
This is my second sensation seats transaction this year. Have been pleased with both events. Tickets came on time. Had to do a few email exchanges, but overall, would use this site again in a heartbeat !

Fees are too high and hidden until the very end, which seems very shady. Because of this I'll most likely stick to using the more known sites, at least they're upfront about their fees.

The total quoted in your website, with fees, was $200 less than what I was charged and invoiced after the fact. I have disputed the charge with my credit card.

Great tickets and great prices for the location. I screwed up printing off the tickets when I ordered them and Support was there to assist me the day before the game to resend me the email with the link. Perfect! Go Vikes!

Got tickets day of show. Brought up tickets and had to RUN to bank quick and deposit funds. When I came back tickets were $20.00 less. Last minute,great seats, great rate!! Very happy.

Purchased tickets nearly one month before the game as they were downloadable tickets. A few days after purchase they called and said they had to Fed Ex them to me but I would have them about one week in advance. I called 48 hours before the game, as I had not received the tickets or any communication regarding them, was transferred to a few people and then told they did not end up getting the tickets and I would get a refund, but no one called to let me know that I had to find different tickets. Now I am scrambling as they were a birthday gift. Never again will they be used. I will pay more for tickets through the primary channels rather than use their services again.

Checked elsewhere and bought here for cheaper price.

Simple, efficient, and inexpensive! Will come back for more in the future.
