Awesome Experience
I was honestly a little skeptical purchasing tickets from a vendor other than what I have always used for concert tickets, but I am very happy to say that I am very impressed with sensational seats and I appreciate that my friend recommended me. Otherwise had she not I would have missed out on an awesome concert!

Customer Serive never responded to my emails
A very frustrating experience. We purchased 4 tickets so that we could attend the Monster Truck show. The purchase happened at 1 pm and we didn't get confirmation that our tickets were ready to download until 10 am the NEXT day. That is 21 hours later! We live a days drive from the venue, so our plan was to spend the night and let the kids have a mini vacation. We weren't able to do that because after 12 hours of waiting, we thought we had been scammed out of $160 and didn't want to make the drive without knowing for sure it was a legit deal. I emailed customer service twice and never heard a word. Obviously, I am irritated that my inquiries were met with silence. I have never in my life left a negative review of anyone or anything; but I guess there is a first time for everything. Maybe by posting this review I will finally get an explanation/and or an apology.
****Update to Sensational Seats***
Our first email regarding 'ticket order information' came 3:59 pm Friday. Our order number was 22586219. Our tickets became available to download the following day at 10:03 am. Each time I reached out via email to your company it was through your website. I would click on "Contact Us" and then fill in the fields. Hope this information helps with determining why I never got a response back both times or why it took 18 hours from the time we got the ticket order information to when the tickets were downloadable.
***Update of Review****
This company followed through with their promise and did indeed refund the full amount of $160.00. This refund showed me that they cared about their customers and their experiences. The refund was totally unexpected and greatly appreciated! We would purchase tickets again from this company since they apologized for their mistake and worked towards a resolve. After speaking to them, it was apparent that our experience was not the typical experience and therefore they wanted to make it right with us which is commendable. 3/12/17

We appreciate your order and your business. Just so you can understand, we are a ticket marketplace just like all sites that aren't the box office. The seller was on the west coast which is why the tickets weren't ready until 10:32 am eastern (Well before the event) or 7:32 am pacific time where the seller was. Please see notes below from customer service.
The order was placed at 7:11 am EST on day of event; she called in at 9:42 am and we informed customer the order was still processing as the seller was on the west coast. Then the order was accepted and tickets were uploaded at 10:32 am. Customer called in 3 mins later and was assisted by a customer service rep for the download. This is all within acceptable time frame, as we guarantee in time for the event once the order has been accepted.
We hope this helps you understand and we hope you will consider us again.

Thank you for your order. Club passes generally do not gain a customer entry to the event and that is what was purchased - the tickets were labeled as FIELDS CLUB VIP PASS row 1 and did not indicate that it was a game ticket. Randall told us they assumed it was an event ticket because of the price and did not take in to consideration that it was only labeled as a Fields Club VIP Pass. We have decided to go ahead and still refund you 200%.

Did not receive Correct Tickets
Sensational Seats did not provide the correct seats to the event I ordered on line. Also, they do not provide the tickets themselves, they run it through a third and forth party each called Best Time Entertainment and then My Ticket Tracker. In this way they have it complex enough that a person just wants to give up and not try for a refund when anything goes wrong.
In addition, once you do complain about a problem like this and you explain that you received the wrong tickets they will claim that it may have been the web site in which you are now dealing with another company called Ticket Network.
They did absolutely nothing to help in offering a refund or in offering a credit to me.
