My friend showed me this place while I was in Melbourne and it was absolutely fantastic.

The designs that they make are top tier for their niche, and the quality is rock solid too. If you have any problems, the staff are there to help you out in-store :)

I went here for a holiday, I didn't know about it until I saw the store in gold coast. I saw the decorations and knew I would love it. I ended up buying over 200$ worth of clothing in two days, which of course was worth it. I LOVE SENPAIS.JP THEYRE SO AWESOME SAUCE!1!1!1!1 :3 :3

Friendly staff, awesome designs, great shop overall! I've bought a hoodie, sweater, and a shirt from this store, and plan on buying so much more! Expensive as it is, it is so very worth it!

Terrible customer service, I’ll fitting clothing and poor management. The store advertises that you can return within 7 days if the product is unused or if the wrong size has been purchased so I came back 5 days later at 10am when the store opened and waited around for 1 hour and the store never opened. I came back a few days later and they refused to accept my return. The management and staff would not give a valid reason. They stated that the upper management did not like to give returns. Very disappointed.

Went to the Garden City store on Saturday October 2nd As I was taking my daughter birthday shopping. As soon as you enter your store their is a game machine which had 2 different types of my hero academia figures(daughter is a huge anime fan). My 4 year old pressed on the button and then all of a sudden a staff member came running over and at the top of her voice yelled at my son to no touch the machine as it is fragile. Then she proceeded back to the counter all chuffed with herself and giggling to the other staff member what she had done(mind you the other staff member would of heard her). We were the only customers in there at the time and we had every intention to purchase a hoodie my daughter saw a few weeks ago however after that type of service I will never return instore or online. I will not support a business that thinks this type of service is acceptable. Considering my eldest has shopped with this business on numerous occasions, this was my first attempt to purchase from you and will be my last. I also emailed the owner with no response. Spend your money elsewhere like Cool shirts etc obviously this store only wants an certain type of clientele.

I bought one of their hoodies at a convention a while back and they sent it to me as they ran out of stock in my size. The hoodie took AGES to come but during this whole time they would email me updates, they offered me a FULL REFUND of the product due to the time I had to wait and even sent me $30 store credit (they have products under $30 bucks on their store so I could grab some free stuff)! Without me even asking or anything. When the hoodie arrived it was good quality, and they sent me $15 worth of badges from their store and some cute Lil lolly pops! You can tell that these people are passionate about their products so go buy something from them I'd recommend it!
