My Senior Safety Experience
After reviewing the brochure and checking other options, Senior Safety provided the best choice for me. My whole experience was very positive and the best value for me including communication, easy setup and great staff to assist me.
I had taken a few falls but could not…
I had taken a few falls but could not get up, so needed the paramedics to come and get me situated. Thankfully I had not broken anything.
One problem I did have was that I keep my doors locked all the time and they could not get in. Another problem was I was not near my phone so had to scoot on the floor, over to where I could call for help (sometimes in a completely different room) -- not an easy thing to do. (I also personally met a lady who had fallen and broken her hip, and could not call for help -- so she was on the floor for two days waiting for someone to check on her! So I know these things can happen.) Senior Safety Medical Alerts solved my second problem, and a lock box solved the first one.
I have felt so much more secure knowing all I have to do is press the button on the necklace I wear all the time and help will soon be on its way. I have not had any more falls, so did not need to be rescued, but it makes me feel so much more secure knowing they are one button push away. And I know they are there because when I do my monthly test, there is ALWAYS someone there within seconds. This is a great, reliable company and I recommend them to anyone looking for that kind of security.
And the fact that they are cheaper is a real God send. Thanks Senior Safety! You've made a real difference just by being there for me. You are a blessing
I have only one complaint
I have only one complaint. Perhaps I just did not know how to find this information, but on the website I ordered from I did not see all the options they have available nor did I see the landline system did not work with Voip systems. I have a voip system. I was not able to use the one I ordered. When I contacted them about returning it I found out they have a wireless system also that worked for me. I am very happy with all the employees I worked with. I feel confident I am connected to a good provider with reliable equipment.
