Attorney Ryan Duty at Senior Justice Law Firm handled a wrongful death claim for me against a nursing home. I had met with several attorneys from different law firms when I first started the process, and eventually chose Atty. Duty. When I first met with Atty. The past year has been extremely difficult for me. My 87y/o mother was viciously assaulted by three nurses aides at the ALF that I trusted to look after her well being. When I was allowed to visit (Covid lockdown). I found her with physical bruises all over her body and the psychological trauma that changed my mother into an infant and led to her demise.

Michael Brevda was the angel sent by my wife and mother to my children. My wife was severely abused in a Nursing Home / Rehab Center in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. My family did not know what to do after the passing of a beautiful woman who did not deserve to be treated with the great dignity she deserved. Our family was distraught visiting my wife everyday and seeing the conditions of what she had to go through. The best was "You don't know how difficult she can be" when looking at her she was so drugged up on medications she couldn't open her little eyes.
