Not what I ordered

I ordered a cup holder to go on my Walker and the part that goes on the Walker never came. The picture that I ordered is not what you sent me. And since your policy is to charge me to send it back, I'm going to throw it away.

I bought a item from them never…

I bought a item from them never received it was supposedly sent china post they claim was delivered i was working from home the entire day was supposedly delivered never was asked for the local tracking as it would have been delivered by aus post as we don't have china post but they will not hand over local number and china post just say not them so item and paypal are useless dont buy from them their tracking is bogus

I bought the dentures thinking "EASY"…

I bought the dentures thinking "EASY" was an optimum word. The gentleman in the how to video took the plates, placed each denture in his mouth. The top plate he pushed up an back with the top plate and then by just using his finger, inside his mouth, had the fit he wanted. Very much the same with the bottom plate. He never removed any of the moldable plastic. That was not my experience at all. I have heated the dentures every day since I received them. Heated them up way more than 20 times and still only have a cosmetic look but no functionality. I spent almost $500 and have nothing to show for it but regret. I continue to try but my optimism for working dentures gone.

I placed my order and was notified it was shipped. Did not receive it. Determined that the site of my order defaulted to a wrong address. Since I have no paperwork, I am now just outo my money and will NOT receive my order.

Shopping experience and price point…

Shopping experience and price point were good. It would be nice to be able to replace the sponge when worn out rather than throw the whole wand out, which is wasteful. Also, a sturdier handle would be an improvement. We'll see how long this holds up.

Delayed shipping

I bought this because it said 2-4 business days delivery. It was a day late which was a huge inconvenience. I would have bought it somewhere else due to time constraints. When it did arrive, it was not packaged in an outer layer of cardboard like my last purchase. The box was damaged, and I hope contents were fine. I will think twice about using this for my parents in the future.

Guess I should have read the reviews…

Guess I should have read the reviews first. I have not received my item yet. Back on 2/11/25 it stated it was shipped but when I go into tracking, it is only saying Shipping label has been created and is awaiting item. I have emailed them, sent a message through the online help- no reply from either. I have even tried calling them several times to which I keep getting a message that I have reached them after hours. Um no I haven't. According to your hours listed and the message when you call you are open 5am - 5 pm Pacific time. I have been calling you since 5:15 am your time for over 2 freaking hours. I am so upset right now. The thing I hate most is being lied to.
