We ordered an Ethernet card for our…

We ordered an Ethernet card for our server, and it wasn't compatible, so we wanted to replace it with a different model. They said, "Order a new one, and we'll take the old one back." The RMS team they sent contacted us and said we could get a 30% refund on the product. I've never worked with such a bad company in my life. I absolutely do not recommend it; a company this big has no value, not even a street market.

Never received the product

Well i ordered a Mikrotik wireless wire but never came. They do not reply to emails and my order was changed to another similar product without asking me. Well i guess customers are morons to buy from them. Support is a joke!
