Very bad experience – They scam with refund and unclear service

I purchased an SMS campaign package from SendPulse, but when I tried to send messages, all SMS failed. Later, they told me their system only supports campaigns for subscribers, not for custom numbers — something they never mentioned before purchase. I requested a refund, which they said they accepted. After a few days, they claimed the refund was processed, but I never received any money. When I contacted their support again, they stopped responding seriously and kept repeating that the refund was done. This company is not transparent and feels like a scam. I strongly recommend not to use SendPulse, they mislead customers and provide false promises.

They just stopped or emails without any…

They just stopped our emails sendings without any prior notifications and this is inappropriate to make business like that. I don't recommend to use this service!!

Excellent and Powerful Marketing Platform
