Good experience, bad website
Overall, SendOn.com delivers a satisfactory service, but the user experience on the website leaves a lot to be desired. I gave it 3 stars mainly because the site is confusing to navigate.
That said, once I managed to get everything set up, the delivery itself went smoothly. If they could redesign the site to be more intuitive and user-friendly, it would make a big difference.
There's potential here, but usability needs serious attention.

Great communication and great a service
Great communication from the team quickly responding to my messages with a easy to understand response, and was able to get my package to me without having the account number on it since I had purchased before figuring out the site I bought it from shipped to the US. Really happy with SendOn overall I will definitely use their service again if I buy anything from Japan that needs their services to ship to the US.

Super super efficient and trustworthy and most of all, goes above and beyond their duty to help me out when I had so many issues with the Japanese retailers due to language barrier. I highly recommend them. I have tried other forwarding couriers but none was as responsible and responsive. Thumbs up
