It was fast and without any hitches

It was fast and without any hitches. I have tried many of these services, including Western Union, World Remit, Xoom, etc., and something always gets held up for some reason, which makes my life difficult. This went perfectly. THANKS!!

Unreliable Services

After receiving emails concerning why my transactions may have been canceled, I checked with my banking institution and we determined the problem lies with the merchant, sendmoney.com system. Even when I've attempted to use my debit card to recharge my husband's cellphone, every transaction is denied, so I use my bank account instead. If uploading credits and data for the month, I should be able to do both transactions as one, but no I always have to do separate transactions and one typically cancels for whatever their system issues are. If I'm able to find another way of recharging his cell data and credits, I'll never use sendmoney.com in the future. Too many technical issues involved with this company.

Dear Tonya,

We're so sorry for the inconvenience. We'll look closely into this right away.
For now, we can see that you tried to send money to Gambia but those money orders were cancelled by our partner. As far as the Mobile Recharge orders, we can see they were successful and the top ups were sent with no issues.

Please note that Money Transfers are not the same as Mobile Recharges, however we will further look into the reason why your money orders failed and contact you directly with more details.

Thank you once again for using SendMoney.com
