Arrived earlier than noted so that was great. Such easy prep. The food was delicious. Excited that I was able to split in two so now I get to enjoy all over again. Only thing I wish was provided was au jus sauce.

Nice prices. Arrived a day later than we were told it would. It was no big deal because it's still before thanksgiving but I told the gift recipient to be on the lookout all one day and nothing came. And then it didn't come til late the afternoon the next day. Why send an email telling people when it will arrive if you don't really know?

A late request to send a Thanksgiving meal and you were able to both meet the request and get it there in a timely manner. Thank you!

I would give less than 1 star if possible. Beware of this company! They charge a crazy excessive amount of freight which you don't find out about till you process your order. I tried to immediately cancel my order but they HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU CAN CALL. I emailed them right away but since it was Saturday no one will respond to you till Monday and yet they've already ran the money. Monday comes and guess what? Surprise! They tell you it's too late to cancel, even though you've already tried. I work in the plumbing industry. I've shipped a whirlpool cross country for less freight than these clowns are charging.

Timely service with good follow up. Provided tracking details so I knew when items would arrive.

Fiance is in California so it was important to get this to him. Everything went smoothly and will be a great meal for him!! Very professional company and constant updates which meant a lot as I am in Wisconsin.

I will never order from them again. There was no notice that the package was ever shipped,or that it arrived. I couldn’t get onto the site because it kept telling me I had an account but then would say my password was incorrect. Opt to have them email me a reset twice and never received one. Two days after it was supposed to be delivered, I contacted them by email and was told it had been delivered that day, two days late. I had to contact the recipient, which I hate because it was a gift, to make SURE it was delivered.

I ordered Thanksgiving dinner and somehow made some errors. The company policy didn't require a refund or change. But customer service went out of their way to help me. They were courteous and timely. I can't wait to receive my order. I will be ordering my Christmas dinner too. Thank you, Send a Meal!

Pretty simple and awesome once you figure out how it works. I love the meal selection, so I'm glad I could get this for a friend instead of a generic like grubhub or something. Feels much more homestyle and comforting.

I've ordered from Send a Meal numerous times, and have never been disappointed. My son lives in NY, and he loves receiving their meals. Always delivered in a timely manner, and have never had any issues with them. What I like the most is, there's no commitment, no joining a monthly service, you just pick your meal, and send whenever you want! Love that! Thank you!!

Sendameal was easy to use and had great choices regarding what I was looking for.

Apparently, they simply order from Omaha steaks and charge an extra $40. When confronted with pictures and verifiable proof, they said it wasn't their problem. Actually, it is when you defraud the customer.

I sent a meal to friends who had Covid. It was delivered in a timely way. The meal I sent them was delicious (they informed me). What a GREAT way to send a meal to those you can't personally go to.
