Over the top customer service! They went above and beyond when I was in a bind trying to get a gift to my husband who was out of state at the last minute. They went out of their way to ensure the gift arrived on time and the actual care package was spot-on. Would definitely recommend!
The package was delivered a day before the special occasion and came in a brown box with the candy just thrown in it. Nothing how the website shows. For the price of the gift, it's not worth it at all. I will never use this service and don't recommend ANYONE to waste theirs.

We're sorry you're disappointed with our service. When you entered your order you chose it to ship on Valentine's Day (2/14) via USPS. USPS does not guarantee shipping times. We contacted you and moved the shipping date up to 2/10 to make sure it arrived in time. Had we not intervened your care package would have gotten there 2-3 days after Valentine's Day. Most of our customers prefer getting things to their loved ones before the special day rather than after. I'm sorry you view this as a problem. As for the arrangement of the items in the box, it's commonly understood that a care package is not the same as a gift basket. Things are not arranged in varying rows; they are arranged to reduce shipping costs as much as possible. We've done test orders of our competitors and we can assure you that our products are higher quality while keeping our prices competitive. Again, we're sorry you were disappointed with our service and we hope the package was still enjoyable.
The items in the Chocikate Fix Care Package I ordered were sent to the recipient dumped in the bottom of a cardboard box, rather than arranged as represented in the picture online. I am extremely disappointed to have spent $37 for this "Care Package" to have been dumped in a box. The website should represent this information fairly.

We're sorry you were disappointed with the presentation of the care package you ordered. In order to keep costs down we sell a traditional care package with high quality product. Because of this parents can afford to send their college kids great packages to let them know they are thinking of them more frequently.
The pictures we use are designed to show what product is in the care package so the customer understands what products they are sending. The Chocolate Fix Care Package is only $24.99 because we don't use gift baskets. Had we used a gift basket and arranged everything it would have resulted in a much larger box and even higher shipping costs. It also reduces waste because many college students have no use for a basket.
