Good product. Great customer service

Dissatisfaction of the customer

we visited their branch, chose and our purchase was about 80,000 kronor, but they wanted 8,000 kronor to send it !!! Why? Because their policy is to work only with their own community and they do not need a new customer from their point of view, they only communicate with the Arab people on the outskirts of Stockholm, they do not respect customer rights because their policy is, very kind staff but in the direction of their own politics. I do not suggest, but I say that by buying from them, you have no customer rights, buy from better stores with customer service.

I'm very happy with SE Möbler for their quick communication and updates of my order through the mail and for fastest delivery.
I am truly impressed and I highly recommend SE Möbler to everyone seaking to buy some pieces of fine furniture.

Best online service I've received. I purchased a few items from Se Mobler and the products are of great quality! Service is A+. I bought the Tresor rug and though the pile doesn't seem high, it's so soft under your feet! Don't worry if you see it shedding, after a few vacuuming it goes. I'm truly a happy customer and will for sure be back. Oh... if you're nice you might get a gift :) hint hint. Thanks for all you do guys! you rock!

I was in contact with SE möbler service center over email with Jonna. I had a glitch in my order but she fixed it through a new way of payment which was convenient and safe. She was fast and I felt a really nice person is sitting behind the desk. 5 star for now :). Hope se möbler delivers a high quality sofa pretty soon too!

I bought from them Nelson lamp all the way from Sweden to Poland! It is amazing and really good quality. I am so happy with it. But what was even better the customer service that i got with this guy who helped me explaining everything very clearly and honestly! I was lost and confused what to get, because i heard about them from my cousin who lives there that they are really trustworthy, and when i contacted them, they really impressed me and i will for sure try them again! This guy made me a good deal too and i want to thank him from my heart!

I have already 2. Stripe Taklampa and Nelson S taklampa. Quality is sehr gut. Delivery time is ok. And the lamps are sooo stylisch. I can juct suggest to everyone.
