Booked the Atlantis.. no booking and still pre authorised the payment
Booked the Atlantis, The Royal on this site, when it went to book the room the site returned an error and also pre authorised the card for £900, was now told it would take days to return the money and i needed this cash to make the booking on another site. Customer service was not interested in trying to help and i am still waiting for the money to be returned to my account.

Sembo is fraud
Sembo is fraud. On 12/3/17 I have booked hotel in Cancun for January of 2018 (booking #217367). I attempted to pay deposit with Master Card and Visa as suggested on website. Eventually one payment went through and is now pending. Sembo assured me that they don't accept payment from American credit cards.
I made wire transfer of full amount plus Svenska Handelsbanken fee om 12/4/17. No confirmation of my payment from Sembo. They aren't reachable via phone or e-mail. They continue sending me absurd "no reply" emails with request to pay for booking
