Delivery took so long

Delivery took so long, two weeks and i have still not recieved any information. I have tried to call and can not get through, sent email and no reply from them.

I don't know what happened with your package, as the tracking number from GLS does not work, but we have sent a new game to you. I'm sincerely sorry for the inconvenience this has caused for you, as we do provide day-to-day delivery on all our games.
