Excellent all round.
Selph aren't the cheapest but the test I had also had other markers measured if the result was borderline, so worth the small extra if that had happened. Test delivered very quickly and instructions straightforward. The turnaround to result from posting was less than 24 hours. Excellent Dr. notes and easy to understand results graphics and downloadable lab report for your GP if necessary.
I've used before and as they use a reputable lab I will stick with them for consistency of results.

When I got results I thought the report lacked in depth and originally had put up a bit of a negative review. I then recieved a call from Dr Alasdair immediately who took the time to explain in depth how the tests and reports are done. He then took the time to talk about the gut issues iv been having and give me his opinion and possibilities of what could be going on. Dr Alasdair was Knowledgeable sincere and polite and he shared insight in a half hour call that in 18 months I have never got from the NHS. The test was easy to do and selph where very quick with results. I recommend selph.

FIT test
I am very impressed with the service from Selph. I posted my sample on 16th and had an email to confirm that it had arrived and was being processed. At 9pm on 17th the results arrived via email. It was the first time I had used Selph and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic service
Sometimes you don’t know how good a company is until it doesn’t go smoothly. But when I couldn’t get the finger prick test to work, they were really supportive and sorted me out with a Tasso instead, which I 100% recommend for anyone who’s ever struggled with blood tests. A shout out to Tom for fantastic customer service. Also when I did finally get the report through, it was really nicely designed and easy to read. I now know why I’m tired all the time and how to fix it, I couldn’t be happier.

Having been impressed with the amount…
Having been impressed with the amount and speed of communication when I ordered the test I wanted, that has been increased even more by the service I have received since. The test arrived within 24 hours, well packaged, and with very clear instructions. When I had done everything required and posted it back, the results too, plus a doctor's report were sent to me within 24 hours. I have been very reassured by this organisation and will have no qualms about using it again in future when/if I need a medical test swiftly.

Very impressed with the whole…
Very impressed with the whole experience. Kit arrived quickly with extremely clear instructions. Returned the kit on a Thursday morning, then received an email on the Friday to confirm receipt. Received the results the following day which were presented very clearly. My only issue is trying to get blood from my fingertips which I have always struggled with, even when following the instructions. I would recommend Selph and would use again myself.
