I visited for my partner's birthday

I visited for my partner's birthday, and the server double-charged my card.

I've now sent the company 20+ emails to get a refund for the 2nd card charge, and they have now ghosted me and are not replying despite promising me that they would resolve this.

This seems very dodgy to me and has made me feel like this is purposeful and a way of ripping off tourists - I would encourage anyone visiting to exercise caution when paying by card.
