awsome support agent good respond times after accepting my ticket
the support agent was very nice and once he acaully accepted my ticket or however it works he was always responding within minutes 1-5. why not 5 star is i had to wait 4 hours to acaully get to speak with someone in my case i didnt really mind but i would see how that would be anoying for someone since on the website it says that a support agent should be with me within an hour

They Canceled My Trade After Market Crash
I sold a knife and gloves on the website (and was waiting for the 7-day trade protection period to end so I could receive the money), but when the market crashed after an update and prices dropped significantly, they canceled the deal and the trade offer because it wasn’t favorable for them. Now I’m left with items that have lost a lot of value, and since they canceled the pending trade, I’ve also received a 7-day trade ban on them.
