Couldn't be happier with the service I received. Very easy, quick and hassle free to get a valuation that I was very happy with, especially after being messed about by WeBuyAnyCar. The guys came out today right on schedule and looked the car over and were happy I'd told them all the correct things with the car and the bank transfer to my account went through shortly after. I was having some problems with my online banking and the guys must've waited for almost an hour for it all to go through. Great service from start to finish so they'll be my first port of call next time I'm thinking of selling a car.

My wife sold her Audi in July to Jax. We were so impressed with the deal given (they actually increased their offer after seeing her car in the flesh and paid far more than the trade-in offer) and the overall service provided that I decided to sell my BMW to them today. I was offered £4,000 more than what I was being offered by BMW. The guys arrived at my door and the money was paid over to my bank account and DVA notified online all within 20 minutes.

I had to sell my wee car, it was the first car I had bought and I loved her but unfortunately I had to get a new model and they made selling her so much easier, they were kind and great communication. Straight talking and handled everything for me. It was a pleasure dealing with them

Where do I start? The worst customer service I have ever experienced, add to that - rude and arrogant staff who clearly like the sound of their own voice. Twice this company let me down on calling to my home for a valuation for my car. It’s not even the fact that they couldn’t call but a simple message or phone call would have saved me a lot of bother from sitting at home endlessly waiting. No communication on either occasion to say they couldn’t make it, when I messaged to ask I was told they had a flat tyre, fair enough but at least let me know you can’t make it. Today was the second let down, agreed to call and I sat waiting again for several hours for no one to show up. I then phoned the office to ask what was happening only to be told they wouldn’t be calling today either. I simply asked when they were planning on letting me know this as I had been waiting all morning on them, they then twisted the whole situation stating that they had dealt with buying my Husbands car a few weeks earlier, they called out to give a VALUATION, but then proceeded to offer him an on the spot price and demanded to take the car there and then, he didn’t agree at that stage and was met with a torrent of verbal abuse from the staff member about time wasting- which is rich really coming from him as he is the biggest time waster in history. When I pointed out on the phone today that my car was sitting ready to go and that it was unfair for me to be held to account for my Husbands actions, I was abruptly informed that they didn’t want to buy my car and they hung up the phone. I honestly don’t know what sort of a set up this company has going here but I would absolutely not recommend anyone to waste their time with these cowboys, please avoid this company at all costs # Jaxass 🙄

Very happy with the service provided. I filled in the form online to request a valuation on Sunday and by Monday at lunchtime the car was sold.
