An excellent service and experience from start to finish. Once I had got a quote there was no annoying calls from the company hastling me to accept their offer. Once I was ready to sell my car I rang them and collection was arranged within 48 hours. The driver collecting my car rang me on the day to say he would be with me in 20 minutes. He was polite, friendly and helpful, and treated my car with great care. The money was transfered into my account and appeared there 2 hours later. A fantastic experience from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would certainly use them again.

Very helpful staff and fair price

As this was my first experience having to sell a car as a non-runner I initially felt cautious. The stress of finding out that a replacement engine was the likely scenario having experienced a catastrophic breakdown on the motorway was almost too much to bear, however, every person handling my "case" at Sell The Car Ltd put my concerns totally at ease. A fair price was offered together with an explanation as to why the offer was reasonable and following some questions I was happy to accept the offer. The instructions regarding paperwork required were clear and acceptable. The agreed price was deposited into my account before collection and when collected the driver was very helpful and friendly and everything went off without a hitch. I am now without a car but feel a lot happier with the way it all went. I would certainly recommend Sell The Car to anyone wishing to "get rid" of their car for whatever reason.

Excellent communicators who replied promptly to my emails, after normal working hours. I got to choose the day on which the car would be collected which I really liked.
