I ordered many times and I used to be unhappy with the delivery time. However, I cracked the code. Although Sellpy will take a few days to ship the order - which is normal, the problem was how long Budbee took... Ever since I have been using PostNord instead, the packages arrive on time or even a day sooner. Now 90% of my closet is Second hand and I love it :)

Some of the clothes is broken and super dirty but it doesn’t say/show in the description and pictures. And the size of the shoe are not correct, I bought a size 37, however it shows UK size 3 which that’s 35/36in EU size. So the shoe is totally useless. This is the first time I tried a second hand clothes digital platform, due to support the circularity in fashion, howeve, I feel quite disappointed and I don’t think I will buy form them again, I also feel bad if I should return it or just give it away to my local second shop, since the return label is expensive and transportation costs more c02. i just feel so sad that the company has 0 quality control and misinformation for the products.

I regret my decision to join this company; it feels like a foolish move now. Instead of enlisting their help, I should have taken charge of selling the clothing myself. They seem to charge fees for every aspect of the process. Whenever an item doesn't sell within a few weeks, they automatically deduct funds from your Sellpy account. I entrusted them with a significant number of items, even footing the bill for packaging and other expenses. Sadly, I find myself not profiting but rather spending money. I urge you not to repeat my error; consider investing some effort into selling through platforms like Facebook.

Everything arrived fast and was in the described condition, can't believe I got that amount of really great clothes in mint condition for so little !
One pair of shoes was not the right size, but I just wrote to them and within 24 hours they sent me a return shipping label. Brilliant service

The quality was not as described. Was described with good condition, but items was falling apart. I recommend that Sellpy do better quality checks and do better descriptions of the items.

I have ordered from Sellpy a couple of times, at this went well. Si I decided to sell my clothes on the platform so it turned in 3 bags to be sold. within a couple of weeks, 2 of those bags were sorted and listed. The third bag, which is marked as being recieved, has not been sorted though and I have contacted them 3 times now. First time it was brushed of as they were busy, second time they asked for 3 weeks more time and then they would get back to me. They never did. And now I have contacted them again and no reply yet. I have heard nothing about any type of compensation or about how they would like to handle this situation. I'm still waiting and hope to hear more, but so much time has passed now that I am questioning whether they will do anything about this.

Insanely Good !
Was not expecting anything close to it when I first used Sellpy. I paid 50 KR for a dress and when it arrived I could not believe my eyes. It was so clean, unworn, and honestly looks and feels like a good designer dress. I could not wrap my head around how good of a website it is ! Can surely recommend. (On the other hand, I cannot recommend websites such as Tise or Trendsales, or even Verstiare, people are trying to rip you off over old clothes for no reason).

everything about shopping here delights me. the company has covered all the angles. the pictures show you exactly what to expect including defects. the prices are value for money. delivery and return works well. i am a delighted customer

I sold some things through Sellpy and it is really easy and convenient. Also incredible customer support - they were very fast and real helpful to reply to a silly question of mine :) Will be selling/buying more!

Since i found Sellpy i dont buy clothes anywhere else. Im obsessed ❤️😍
