The process was reasonably easy. I was impressed with the security steps to ensure identity. I was confused to the reason for the request for a copy of bank statement, after giving bank details. Transactions happened within reasonable time frame.

I disliked most strongly the fact that without any communication to me, my requested transaction was delayed for approx 10 days, and I found it most difficult to contact the company for an explanation.
