After 14 days trial, zoom call and letters

At first I was impressed by the site and it's articles.
So much impressed, that we decided to go for their PPC solutions for Amazon.
And here comes disappointment.
Interface is so badly done, that every time I choose marketplace, buttons are in a different order. And radio buttons via which you will choose are not centered properly. How one can spoil such a simple as a radio button is really hard to imagine.
Simple automation tools are not bad, but you can find analogue solutions for half the price, nothing special.
Autopilot is seller feature, but you won't be able access it during free trial period (despite that fact that competitors' are indeed accessible), you need to pay first. Pricing is reasonable, so we decided to go for three months commitment and start improving our TACOS finally. But when we asked for bank transfer invoice as a form of payment - we got denied, it's offerable only for one-year commitment. That was too strange for us, so we moved on.
Also, response time is really bad. After registration, almost immediately you will be invited here to make a review, yet it can take more than a week to receive an answer for e-mail (in my case responsible employee was busy, but I wasn't transfered to another). Though, you have an opportunity to schedule a meeting (Zoom call) right away for onboarding or for a live demo. But I didn't want those things, and overall conversation experience felt like, they are making you a favor to consider your subscription. C'mon, it's not me who has to sell sellics services.

I was quite impressed at the beginning, but...

I was quite impressed with Sellics PPC at the beginning. It is very easy to find, sort, filter and then make adjustment to campaigns and ad groups. I can even check and adjust all the campaign placement and percentage bid in one place. The automatic bid rules seem easy to understand and manage. I therefore chose the annual plan.

update 20th April:
The cancelation and refund had been made today without any problem. I still think Sellics is a good tool with good value - if they can fix their recent issues with the server migration. I may come back if they can fix the issues.

The nightmare then came.
First Sellics cannot distribute my COGS correctly because they are migrating to a new platform. Customer support said this didn't impact the use of PPC in any way.

Secondly I found I could only have enable campaigns imported into Sellics PPC, but all paused and achieved campaigns / ad groups cannot be seen in Sellics.

Initially customer support told me that any campaigns or Ad groups without impression will not show up in Sellics. But later I found this was not true. Sellics can only sync enable campaigns, or if I paused a campaigns or ad groups in Sellics. for all other campaigns/ad groups paused before using Sellics, it could not be synced to Sellics!!

Thirdly, I found the data like impressions, clicks in Sellics were different from the data in my amazon seller centre. Customer support asked me to read a article in Sellics. This article asked customer to check data back to at least 7 days. I know this pretty well because the time amazon need to link a sales to a click. But my case it definitely not this case. For example, one of my Ad group had 5 clicks in seller centre, but only have 2 clicks in Sellics - exactly same time period and marketplace.

I asked customer support that I could not accept it and ask for cancelation and refund. Customer support's reply was asking me to manage cancelation in " Sellics - manage account, which shows that my subscription will be ended after one year. This means they will not refund me at all, though I just made subscription not more than one week!

I am still fighting with Sellics for refund and hope next week I can get more update here!

Bummer - I wanted to be able to use this.

I'm nearing the end of my trial and unfortunately won't continue onto the paid membership - although I REALLY wanted to. The value of the Sellics tools is obvious on paper. In theory it was going to make my PPC management easier by fixing the clunkiness of the ads console, minimize excel reporting needed, allow bid / budget automation, and track the changes that are made automatically and by my team.

However, the features have just flat our not worked very well. This feels like the program is either in Beta, or just too buggy to trust with my advertising budget. Over the weekend the app was completely down for over 24 hours - with no information about the outage online or from support. Bid adjustments don't save about half the time. I am constantly logged out of the site in the middle of actively using it - and each time that happens none of my actions are saved. Navigating between Campaign Views, Ad Groups, and KW targeting is pretty clunky. The change log doesn't always load changes that are made by the program or myself ... all of which makes me feel like I can't fully trust anything within the app.

On top of all this, the support team has been completely MIA. Granted, I don't expect weekend support (although it would be nice given the size of the company), but I've opened a few tickets now that have aged up to 4 days that haven't even been read yet. Again, not very confidence inspiring...

I've heard a lot of great things about Sellics - and the idea behind the tools are definitely rock solid. But this has not been a good trial experience and I am going to look for an alternative.

THE BEST ADVERTISING PLATFORM FOR AMAZON

I reviewed this app alongside so many others and since I have been using it for almost 3 year now, it has vastly improved my ACOS, boosted sales and saved me so much time. We are nowhere without you!!!

We found out about Sellics, from a 2019 Amazon Sellers conference. Another seller told us if we were going to do one thing, get Sellics. So when we got back that is what we did. Nearly 2 years later: that was one of the BEST things we could have done for our business. Worth every penny. Period. No Question.
Here are some of things we have gotten from our use of Sellics:
1. Control over our advertising campaigns. Both cost and effectiveness. The ability to automatically have campaigns controlled is amazing. Net net higher sales, lower spending.
2. The ability to see exactly where your revenue is coming from and where the costs are going allows you to control each component piece. What % is coming from PPC sales, what % from organic. You make different decision when you have this data.
3. During 2020 the weekly webinars on what was happening in the e commerce world under covid really helped us make good decision.
4. Inventory velocity has really helped us in our inventory planning.
5. Bottom line - when we started using Sellics we were negative profit, which we justified saying "hey, we are building our business" Now we are consistently in 18-28% profit depending on a number of factors that we can mostly control. Also last year the business grew nearly 80%. No changes to products, pricing etc.
I know we have only scratched the surface of what Sellics has to offer us, and we are excited about learning more. Thank you for how you have helped our business!!

Highly recommend Sellics for advertising

Highly recommend Sellics for advertising:
I have been working with sellics for some time now, it has really helped me come to terms with exactly how advertising on Amazon functions and allows me to set up campaigns with ease. Once campaigns are set up and you have your rules in place, Sellics does most of the work. It makes having lots of campaigns and 1000s of keywords easier to manage and track. I highly recommend Sellics to anyone advertising on Amazon.

Highly recommend this effective tool!

We have found Sellics to be an incredibly valuable bid optimisation tool. The support we are given on a regular basis has helped us gain a deep understanding of its many intelligent functions. We have now increased the effectiveness of all our campaigns, our ROAS and sales turnover have both been impacted positively as a result! Good platform, great support!

Being relatively new to Amazon AMS, it was quite daunting trying to figure out and understand all of the nuances/best practices associated with running the various campaigns and trying to make sense of all of the reporting and analytics involved. It can be extremely overwhelming to run a lot of campaigns individually, so the Sellics platform provides a great tool to consolidate the campaigns and allows you to make changes to multiple campaigns at a time instead of individually - it can be a bit glitchy at times, but for the most part does the job. More importantly, however, is the actual support that we’ve received from Tommaso at Sellics. He has been a tremendous guide in getting us up to speed on not just the Sellics platform itself, but also on Amazon AMS. He’s been patient, professional, supportive, and shown tremendous passion in trying to help us achieve our goals with AMS. It truly feels like we have found a partner that really cares about the success of our business. Thank you, Tommaso!
