Two-Step Verification error

Now I have come to the final point! They exhausted my patience. There has been an error in two-step verification continuously for 4-5 days. Because of this situation, I cannot control my work. I keep writing to Amazon, it keeps getting fixed but the problem happens again. It is not acceptable for such a large company to cause suffering to sellers.

Letter of Authorization - infinity problem

Hello team,

I would like to share with you that Amazon Seller Central.de consistently rejects the "Letter of Authorization" for an unknown reason. To write this letter, you have guidelines on Amazon that you can literally copy and fill out with your own necessary details. However, in the end, you encounter a strange error where it constantly states that it is not satisfactory. Errors like: "undefined - Letter of Authorization - Invalid Document."

I have searched the internet thoroughly and extensively, even delving into the deepest corners, and I came across numerous other users who have written about this issue. It's incredible that such topics on Amazon's forums get locked, preventing further comments.

What's even more peculiar is that when you seek help from customer service, you end up with a copy-paste email that provides general information about the problem.

In case you arm yourself with patience, as I did after 16 rejected letters, and decide to use the CHAT with customer service, you get brief responses, and your case will be forwarded to a team "more familiar with such cases," only to end up with the CHAT being closed.

No matter how hard you try, your errors will decrease, but you will never get registered.

And just to conclude, this is the latest problem you encounter, which, after two months, has not been resolved for me. You will encounter problems even when registering other personal data, bank confirmations, etc. But it seems that Amazon simply does not want to solve this particular problem.

Good luck, and feel free to write if anyone has managed to solve this problem with any trick, as I believe that nothing helps here except for some crazy luck.

Return policy not really working

I tried to return a non-working item....
In priciple it was easy - print out a label for the package.
unfortunately the transport agency was/Is DHL.
SO I search for a drop service for DHL, ANd went for the nearest. Unfortunately they did not do DHL....
And so for the 2nd, the 3rd, the 4th, and the 5th.....
I the tried the a 6th - a local construction/hardware shop. And again: We do not service DHL.............
I went home, called DHL (actually I mailed DHL (as a private customer you cannot call!!!!). The guy at DHL could inform med they knew about the issue.... DHL claims the local staff, was probably not informed, that Bring services DHL.
So again I returned (now 2nd time tis place - 7th time in total!!!!!) - AND got the same message: We do not serve DHL (this was five days - two full working days after) This I told the coworker that Bring had the responsibility now. She used the Bring-scanner; and KAPOW - it worked.
For the future, I will check the full return chain, before buying. So I am probably not buying from Amazon again.

The superlatives of Arrogance and Ignorance

Seller support: worst service ever!

Found my sellers account suspended and Amazon demanding a German tax certificate. Even after proving that we do not need one and support this with all legal documents and sending them dozens of emails and reminders, the account stayed suspended rendering us unable to sell for 2 (TWO) months already.

The worst thing was that OUR funds STAYED frozen in our account!

Your true horror story coming true. And Amazon seller central? They do not even reply... (apart from the automatic response: "Wir antworten Nachrichten überwiegend innerhalb von 12 Stunden".) German friends: Stunden means Hours, not Months...

This won't happen to you? We thought so too...
Acknowledging nowhere is perfect we have way better experiences with Ebay.de and Google shopping.
