It's never too late.

I had my products on Amazon but the revenue generation was too slow, ever since I used SellerApp, my sales started boosting up.

I signed up for a trial and when I tried to log in to cancel it wouldn’t let me in with the OTP they kept sending me to my email. I googled how to email them and it said to send your inquiry to an email which I did. I kept getting bogus responses from different people. 2 weeks after I signed up, they charged me 63.00 CAD out of my bank account. I’m totally livid!

SellerApp Chrome extension is Awesome, and it makes it easier to track products directly from your chrome browser. An essential tool for my Amazon business, without a doubt.

Useful for campaign optimization & finding profitable keywords

Sellerapp is an excellent platform for Amazon sellers. I've been using this tool for the past year. It's a lifesaver for PPC management. Their Automation features and campaign insights are beneficial when optimization the ad campaigns. This tool saves me lots of time.

I went on there website to find out if they have the services I need. Their chat box popped up so I asked the questions I needed answers for and never received a reply. They must not need any more business. They just lost my business.

I figure if they can not help me now when I am not a customer what will it be like after I paid them?!

Too many other companies out there. I will give my business to another company who will be there alway to answer all of my questions.

They provide very good educational content for beginners like me. I was amazed by their step-by-step approach with my PPC campaigns & helped to improve my conversion rates.. Highly recommended!!

This Sellerapp software is quite insightful. The features are intuitive and anyone can understand the dashboard within a few minutes of using. All the information that I could ever need is right in front of me. I also like their educational stuff.

I've been selling on Amazon for 2 years. I wish I'd found SellerApp sooner. This tool has everything in one place. And, I learned so much from the team. Thank you guys for the knowledge.

I started with free trail. With the help of their keyword research tool. The software and team are helpful.

When I first reached to them, their PPC analysis sounds promising to me, and of course their fees seems reasonable, so I signed for the 3-months prepaid contract with them. But turned out their PPC management is a mess, the results is way worse than I manage the campaigns by myself.

Before their service my ACOS is around 60%, PPC sales $900 for 30 days period, bad, I know, which is why I am looking for help. After their one month of their management, ACOS rise to 85%, PPC sales under management in 30 days is $1000, not helping at all.

What I learned from this? Start learn PPC on your own, they are no better and know more than you, and they still charge a fee for this poor performance.

After quitting their management, I watched a PPC course all day long for 5 days, paused most of SellerApp managed campaigns and applied those tricks to my old campaigns. The ACOS is down to 40% in one week, sales also went up, so don’t tell me you need 3 months, that’s totally not caring for the performance and just shoot for possibility.

I used SellerApp automatic ppc audit tool on your website to audit your team’s campaign structure and performance, even your own system says it’s very bad, it’s very inefficient, so is that only a marketing trick or what? You tell me.

I gave you one month, and you totally messed up, you tell me why I should still use your service for another two months?

I hired the managed PPC services from Seller Apps. We agreed to set up advertisements for 31 products in 5 marketplaces in 10 days. This was a reasonable milestone, especially for an agency.

This milestone was not achieved, with about 10% of all scheduled ads launched.

I gave them another chance, but after 3+ weeks of losing sales and not seeing any progress on ads launched, I called it quits and looked for another managed PPC agency.

They overpromise and underdeliver, with more focus on scheduling calls with clients than on working on the campaigns.

They did not launch the ads as promised. They did not extract profitable keywords based on my historical data, as agreed on the onboarding, but instead launched campaigns with a few "new" keywords. Those keywords were not researched, nor profitable. They were cleary just thought of when briefly looking at our products. A simple dive into our historical keyword data would've given all the profitable keywords in an instant.

In the meantime, they managed to pause extremely profitable exact and phrase match keywords.

I have been selling with Amazon PPC for two years, I considere myself intermediate when it comes to Amazon PPC.

They are expensive, and I wouldn't recommend their managed PPC services to anyone. I don't understand how their app works so well, yet their managed PPC service is terrible?

On the plus side, the app works quite well. It gave me good insights on how to target, and that did increase my sales somewhat. That is why it gets a 2 star review.

But do not let them handle your PPC, they will cause you to lose sales and increase your ACOS.

I don't understand how they don't even know how to use their own app to increase sales for their customers?

I started working with SellerApp in June and I am so impressed with their professionalism and results driven approach. Nithin and Ashutosh are brilliant and I've enjoyed working closely with them to enhance our sales on Amazon. We usually speak every fortnight but we are regularly in contact via email for any changes/updates. I like the fact that they are very open and will give me the reason to why things are working/aren't working and they are quick to change strategy if they notice campaigns are not working as they hoped. Everything is communicated and any change in strategy is discussed in detail on our fortnightly calls. To date they have increased my revenue on Amazon and have reduced the PPC spend month on month and therefore increased profits/reduced my ACoS which is excellent. They are also brilliant with providing me with very visual and detailed reports which show all results each month. I started on a 4 month trial but am definitely going to extend our contract. I am very happy working with SellerApp and would recommend them to anyone.
