World of books has a great process when…
World of books has a great process when it comes to the buyback program. I recently shipped my package to them. It was there in less than 4 days. The next week my buyback was processed & paid. It really shows they have a processing strategy that works great. I'm very happy with their service as always.

Easy to declutter, but don't make much
Easy to declutter ..... scan on app , box up and drop off locally, don't need a printer, just write your number on box. Works well and get a bit of cash, would get nothing at charity shop and get paid promptly.

Accepting several boxes of books then…
Accepting several boxes of books then ‘updating’ your App and wiping the whole lot from the basket and telling me I would have to start again was irritating. But then rejected many of the books you had a,ready accepted. That is bad faith and bad business.

Easy process. Wasnt sure what to expect but all went well. Maybe a reminder at the begining that all books scanned need to be in one package as I did over load without realising.

Some issues, but customer service makes up for it
Negative -
I had to chase up the order a week after it had been delivered, and then it appeared half the delivery was lost and I had to chase again.
